Thread: Do you agree that Blind have a small effect?

I don't think any states are working as intended. I believe that what someone said from fanfest, was this:


Blind - Greatly lowers accuracy (damage is part of accuracy), somewhat lowers defense


Dizzy - Somewhat lowers accuracy (damage is part of accuracy), greatly lowers defense


Stun - Either stops completely, or greatly reduces, action and mind regen (guy reporting from fan fest says stops, I find it unlikely)


Thats what they are supposed to do, anyway.

Yeah, although later the hoverdescription where added:


Blind - Reduces your accuracy.
Dizzy - Reduces your defenses.
Stunned. - Slighty Reduces your Damage and Defense modifiers.

So I believe the idea with regen stopping Stunwas shafted, or postponed far ahead.

Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

For the sake of fencer standing out as an independent class, we need blind and bleed back. Those are fencers' signature moves and without them we're really nothing but melee dabblers syphoning skills through the fencer class.

And that's not all. Binding Strike have no use in pve...

And am I right if I believe Scatter Hit once damaged 3 pools, but now do the same damage against only one pool (therefore 33% damage)?

And the new Binding Strike have simply no use in pve.
