Why would it? The minuimum damage on the finished product is less than the maximum damage.

It's quite simple. If the min is higher than the max then the max doesn't count. You always get a minimum hit therefore the damage output of the weapon is the maximum possible on EVERY SINGLE HIT. Quite unbalanced.

Cause the bones used to make it were min>max. Not the end of the world unless someone were to complain to a CSR and actually get a response that caused the CSR to check the baton - not likely. But, just because the max on the final baton is greater than the mind doesn't make it a legit weaponand is still a bit of a risk to own. The damage spread on that baton would be much greater if the bones had been switched is his point though I think Dova.
