Call it whatever you like. I had some level 10 pets that were 'fixed' so that I couldn't use them anymore. I had some harvestors that were 'fixed' so that their max capacity was 2278 units. I had some great probot droids that were so 'fixed'they couldn't be found anymore. There was I time I could stack 4 health bleeds on an opponent until that was 'fixed', although I seem to still enjoy full damage from poisons, and I still get to enjoy many fights from the flat of my back totally unable to stand up.
Things thatso unbalancedthatthey make the game unfun for everyone trying to playneed to be 'fixed'. A class that is designed for high defence and low offense(and seems to have found that balance) doesn't need to be 'fixed'. But I guess that is a matter of perspective, and the devs agree with your perspective, not mine.
That's ok. I'll find something else to entertain myself with.

swordsman are supposed to do high damage , but they dont
fencers are suposed to be hard to hit and do little damage wich is bs cause there are some graffis doing 400 damage our there
so blow me fencers
