What Happens when you stack dodge from pistoleer, like i have master fencer, but also have pistoleer 2000 (i think) and i have like +30 dodge from that, im assuming it stacks while holding a fencer weapon

I am in a similar template. I am Master fencer. pistoleer 1/0/4/4(<--gonna drop this last branch) I am currently working my way up to TKM, just to have something to PvE with that wil still be usefull in PvP. Where does defensive acuity(sp?) come into the picture? I noticed it on one of the TK branches and it said something about incresing the chance of mods to work. Anyone familiar with it?
