I'm a tkm/swordsman/doc 4000, I dueled a cm/something ranged, not sure what, but they just stood there toe to toe with me, didn't run. and I lost. horribly.
First they kd'd me, then paralyze, then thyroid rupture, lit me on fire, poisoned me, and then nuked the crap out of me, i had very little time to do much other than heal myself, I did get some good hits in, but I was being outhealed while the fire and poison worked me over.
the duel lasted about 45 seconds.
sad to say, I lost.

Use KD to disrupt the flow of combat for him, and use foods to combat the dubuffs, other then that, your SOL sadly A well played CM can be very difficult to take down.

CoB for the win, half the time they miss, the rest of the time they hit for nothing whihc can be healed up. Parwin cake for instant burst run = one dead ranged chump

Only the best kiters can control me and in that case I run into a building. Fighting a good kiter in the open is stupid.

Heals and COB are enough against most, if they are good enough to keep you under strict control then use whatever you can to get out of their line of fire, buildings, terrain, etc... Don't forget that terrain can now be a hinderance to them, if your out in the open on tat, look for one of those small crevices and crawl into it, force him to get within easy range of a burst run etc... Use hill tops as well, if you get near the peak of a hill top you can quickly get on the opposing side of the hill and stay out of his line of fire for the most part. If he wants you he'll have to come and get ya, and that's your territory. If you can't beat him in close range then you need to look at other parts of your strategy instead of just the kiting part.

Yes, it's aunique case. For those three professions, the prerequisites overlap, so you only need three lines in brawler to master all three.

So can anyone have this template? or is it just pre CU stuff?

It's post-CU, it requires 246 skill points.

When the CU first came out, a lot of people had the triple mastery. Since then, a lot of people have replaced a lot of the skills with medical skills.

The reason for this is pretty much the reason for this thread. As a TKM/Master Fencer/Master Swordsman, you have high accuracy, defense, and speed, and the highest damage melee specials at your dispoal, but you're not really well equipped to survive if a ranged opponent knows how to keep you at a distance with roots.
