As far as I know, I've got the best stun baton on my server. I still use it in duels and in other situations that my SAC can get low. With the pups I use, I can get the SAC down to 54. The max damage is 914. With a damage pup, it could get over 1100 with an 84 SAC. For big PvP, I prefer to use a kinetic weapon because a whole lotta people wear recon. 
I really don't think DPS is as important as max damage or SAC, so I pretty much ignore it. I have a pre CU speed sliced one that could get up over 850 mod DPS with a speed pup. Sure, that's a really nice number but the max damage is only around 850. I prefer to use the one with more damage instead.
