Keep in mind that my PH with a SAC pup has a DPS of 650, and a SAC of only 69. Go Figure who is going to win in a one vs. one.

This sounds a bit off, PH SAC caps at 82, you would need a 82% SAC reduction PUP I really doubt these exist (and if they did imagine the accuracy mod ), the 650 DPS sounds a bit improbable too, why? Well considering a 480-1150 dmg PH you would need a speed of 1.03, lets say your unsliced PH was 2.5s, to get it to 1.03 you need a 59% speed slice.

In sum you would have to have a 480-1150dmg/2.5s/83SAC hammer, with a 59% speed slice and a 82% SAC pup. Does this exist? I want to see it. Also your hammer could have sub 1 speed that would throw the DPS way up there but anything below 1 is inconsequential.

The top SAC pups are going to be sub 30% and since the cap for SAC on PH's is 82 that would leave him only with a possible 57.4 SAC at the very best. The best craftable SAC pups I've seen have been in the 29% range, so what he's stating is completely impossible, and his DPS is obviously based on modded DPS in which case it would be a simply matter to get the 650dps especially if he's modded out. I have hit 978 DPS on my rifleman using an HLC so high DPS is possible what really matters is the SAC, and he'd still probably have the upper hand while using a SAC pup, but the figured he quoted are just not accurate.

I've read that people use their stun battons to apply states, sucha as blind, dizzy, snare, bind, then switch to the Blade Of Nyenthropologisticappoplexy, to deal their damage. I havent tried it myself though.

Yep, just the fact that ranged weapon DPS is so much higher than melee normally, melee dps hardly ever breaks 550 modded unless its those crazy speedslice weapons. On ranged I wouldnt have questioned it, but on melee... You know better though, your a WS , I was just talking from my experience.

I'm sorry but I was not ingame when I made those stats, so the SAC number was just a ballpark number. I know that it was under 100, and was pretty sure that it was in the mid 50's. The DPS is real however, I will post pictures shortly.

Ohh I believe you can hit a modded DPS of 650 fi the sac isnt as low as you said before, just the stats jumped right at me because Ive been trying to make a very special hammer and im pretty sure on the values and ranges for PH because of that.
