Since they changed ScatterHit2, we're .. Subpar in PVP. Many times i find myself doing 0 damage to the best melee guys out there. That is with a stun baton 200+ damage minimum.
It's sad but i'm afraid i'll switch to something else. Sad because i love fencer, but losing and losing again in PVP is becoming frustrating. I can win of course afaisnt the causual people but not the big PVPers. I can resist very long in a fight (MD/MFencer) but what's the point of staying up if i can't damage the opponent.
Sword and TKA both have ways to target mind, scatter was our only one. This game, sadly is still revolving around the mind bar way too often.

States: You get intimidated and stunned and you are in big trouble. Intimidate, a Novice Brawler skill, renders ten boxes' worth of centre of being useless.
Defence versus high-level content: All right so I'm trading off offensive power against my ability to avoid damage. I'm duckin' and weavin' and you can't land a shot on me. Try telling that to Mr Super Battle Droid.
Redundant or useless attacks: We have two area blinds and two single target blinds. We also have two bleed attacks that serve no purpose other than look cool (not that this is not an admirable purpose). What we don't have is a stun attack or a debilitating attack (cf the hamstringing thread and ranger adhesive traps).
Aesthetics: (doesn't affect game balance but detracts from enjoyment of combat) There's only one dodge animation. No matter what type of attack comes our way and from which direction, the way to avoid it is always the same: jump up in the air. KOTOR has a sidestep, a spring back, a parry(!). It looks much better.

fencer is awesome.
a 200 baton is weak get a better one.
we kill all pvp, even jedi
my gaffi is 440max damage, no jedi cant stand upto that power when it has 508max pupped.
i also have +32intimidation clothes(yah i know only 25 counts) when i have already intimidate2. Use this.
Master Brawler+Master Fencer+Master Swordsman=my awesome template.
