But would a gaffi stick work for new out of the box fencer 0/0/0/0 ? Or would I be better of with one of the faster weapons?

I'm a 0010 fencer and I only use my Gaffi to do a single BodyHit2 attack when the enemy is at disadvantage.

For Example. Tusken Raiders. While raiding the fort (or wherever) if I am able to approach my target, and he is either holding a rifle and/or crouched/prone, I take out my Gaffi and do a BodyHit2 for an avg of about 2500-3000 dmg. Then switch over to VibroBlade for Bodyhit2 special attacks, or go with Ryyk/Stun regular attacks (depending if it is raider/warlord/chief/etc.)

So, basically, know your weapons (have them all at hand in the FUNCTION key boxes), and know your enemies, and when to use them appropriately.

If I'm outnumbered say 2 or 3 to one, I take out my GAFFI and try to get 1 guy killed as SOON as possible, the HIGH HAM doesn't matter because the longer you fight 3 guys the longer they'll damage you anyway. Of course, if the situation is really out of hand, you should have BURST tailed out of there first.

Sorry for a somewhat offtopic post, but does anyone know of a Weaponsmith on Eclipse that can craft gaffi's this good?
