I took out the WD last week, got 468 creds and i think a low life gaffi :/
A group were killing an observer at the bottom of the tusken fort and the guy who looted said he just got creds too :/

Where does the executioner spawn? I have never seen one. I have seen both a WD and killed an Observor with nothing to show lol. Me and my brother with pistols LOL. Beat that, we were only novices at that 
. Hehe. But does he spawn in the fort? I have seen an observor at the fort once as well, a long time ago when I started playing the game. Died like 10 times on that guy as a TKA at the time, lol, it was fun. But as I said before, I have yet to see an executioner. It would really help me if I could just get the WP to this guy. As well as some of the other main WP's that go along with all this hub bub of the junti.

I like the idea of the Junti, but the only problem is that it is going to end up being like the NSEL(Night Sister Eneregy Lance) for pike. Mostly for show cause if you get one you won't want to use it cause it took so much to get it, and if you buy it, you will have to declare bankruptcy . It almost seems useless to me then. Plus if it isn't a schematic then it must be lootable more the once I would assume, or be like the Rantok. But the Rantok doesn't really have any real value as a weapon in comparison to the others. Yes it is fun to use, but there is better stuff. So it might be an easier task to get it then we have made it out to be. Mine said nothing about the bones, so it would ironcially make sense that it has nothing to do with the bones lol. Probabily a special piece of tuskan clothing or something like that that people get often but always throw away. We might have to do a survey in this forum of what is most likely looted off the tuskan when you get the mission from victor. But I wouldn't know what you get cause every time I get that mission, by the time I get there the tuskan that I was hunting is always gone. Already been killed by the masses that live at the fort and grind or whatever. I might have to work out a group thing with a few friends so that they are there when he spawns and they can kill him and wait till I get there to do the looting 
hehe. I would really like to see this put into the game though. Would be nice for us to get a bit better weapons against high end stuff. Sorry guys, it's 3AM here right now, and I tend to ramble when I'm tired. Sorry once again.

All we know is its linked to the elections, its hearsay that it even has anything to do with Victor's or Sean's quests
Does anyone know the changes to game depending who is in power? are there any? Why cant swg make it a little more straight forward? Scythe schematic...kill a few npc's unbuffed, get a buff, go to krayt spawn, open treasure container, grab schematic and run....all takes 15 mins 
With the amount of players on all servers running around picking up quests from towns this mace should have been found, im begining to think its all BS unless SWG can at LEAST make a statement letting us know whether this mace is ingame and functional.

If the answer means killing a Tusken King and looting something rare from it, the chances are high, I know the spawn spot of the tusken king and it spawns pretty often, its got about 29k HAM, not too hard to kill, has two 50% special protections. And didn't take me more than a minute to kill , only looted 1176 credits off of it, but atleast now i know where to look
But then again im not sure if this is the answer or not, the spot isn't linked by any way to the election.

One thing that changes in game depending on who is in power is that when Sean is there are additional merchants in that small area on the edge of town.

I clear the bunker daily along with the king, only ever got a pink crystal from in there :/ along with crap gaffi sticks. Victor clearly states that the guy we need is at the bottom of the fortress, to kill him and bring back the proof. All high level tuskens are killed dailey, you see the loot in the forums but never any bones...something is missing.

I'm just hazzarding a guess here because I have not seen it myself. I'm thinking that since it is supposed to be linked to the elections that maybe somehow the bones needed can only be looted from Tuskens attacking Bestine which only happens when Sean is in office.
Has anyone witnessed the Tuskens attacking Bestine?

I don't believe it is a live event.
I'm looking for a link to it but from what I remember when the Bestine elections started we were told that when Victor was in office more stormtroopers were stationed in Bestine so the city was safe from sand peaople.
But when Sean is in office he focuses more on merchants and does not keep up on defenses so randomly Tuskens start to raid Bestine.

Yes, desperatly need some of these WP's. If warp could get all those WP's on one thread that would rock. Been killing tuskans galore. I don't think it has to do with tuskans. Hundreds and even thousands are killed all the time. For not even one mention on the forums about any tuskan bones, i think we might be looking in the wrong place. Now, we have tried the Acklay bones, with no success. Krayt skull, nadda. Possibly a new rendition to the game that was recently brought back. Maybe some gorax bones? Don't know what that would have to do with bestine, but maybe there is a mission for it.

I am sure this isnt your guy as I did all of his missions and only received credits, but I do think he was a recent addition as I cant imagine this guywho gives out so many credits has been in the game since launch when missions typically gave meager rewards. Anyway if you want to check him out he is in one of the houses behind the clone center in Bestine. There are like 8 houses up there, but only one has an NPC in it. This is the guy that sends you on some assassination missions.
