i belive he has stated that they are neglecting him as they are neglecting us, he is a forums correspondant not an ingame correspondant (not to bash u Mine) so i think to the devs he is just ne other player. and they are all big on keepin things hush hush in this game. And even if he does know ne thing he prolly agreed to a NDA so he cant tell us ne ways.

I was really hopefull that this thing would show up before JTL launched and now it looks as if it may not until the CU which will be too late for me because I will have unlocked "the J word" by then.
Given the amount of efforts of this community to figure out how this thing is obtained and the fact that NO ONE has gotten it by coincidence indicates that there is a serious game/quest logic issue. It's completely fine that the Devs want this thing to be rare but for no one on any server( at least that we know of)to have it yet since it's introduction should give them a clue that there's a problem.
Minerunner, Tiggs, whoever is listening. Please get some high level information posted on this. If it's broke please just post that it's broke and the lootable item (rare bones or whatever it is) can not be looted. Alot of people are spending a large portion of their game time looking for this and if it's not working as designed then it would be considerate of the devs to not continue wasting the time of it's subscribers. Sorry if that sounded harsh but I have invested alot of time on this and would like to see a fencer get this item. You have no idea how much it irritates me to see dancers with a Night Sister Energy Lance (NSEL). If that happens with the Junti Mace I may just loose it!

One more comment because I can't help myself.
Jedi should be more rare than this weapon but there are hundreds of posts on exactly what to do to become force sensitive, grind fs xp and the trials.

Minerunner, can you please give us more clues, just by telling us that it is linked with the bestine election doesnt really help much.
I highly doubt he knows more than we do atm.

OK,from what I've gathered the three tusken drops are the:
- executioner's head from the executioner
- the smooth stone from the observer? or witchdoctor?
- the bones from who?
I've killed two executioners, two observers and the tusken king several times. So far I've garnered two heads from the hunt one of which I turned in for the lithitanium rifle.
The common belief is that the rare bones will net you the mace but to my knowledge that is speculation because the head and stone yield known rewards (the lithitanium rifle and carbine). What if you offered the head or stone loots to a different npc? A merchant instead of victor or sean?
Now I'm hesitating about the second head. I went back to victor to see what he would say and he just thanked me. I could drag and drop the head on him but I'm afraid he'd just give me a second rifle or nothing. I've also thought about doing the same to sean but he's not in office and I'm afraid I'd get nothing if I dropped the executioners head on him. The other option is to wait for him to get into office and try then or go to the market and start trying to offer it to merchants.
Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks for the update. Here's my outlook on it. As you said those are known rewards which are asked for (the head) specifically from Victor. The bones are also been specifically mentioned by a NPC merchant stating that "other merchants" were looking for rare bones and no one has yet to know what that reward would be but I'm sure that Sean must be in office for the merchants to appear. Which makes me think that maybe Sean must be in office for the mob to drop them. But that is just me thinking outloud. I don't think anyone but Victor will accept the tusken's head and highly doubt any of the known lootables i.e. the head or the stone will produce the mace.

Well Victor is in office at the moment and i have just taken the mission. there was some discussion earlier as to the 'sand people'....well Victor first mentions a high level sand people, then if you ask him to remind you what you have to do he says Tuskens and to search the caves below the fort for this leader.
I have spent buff after buff in those caves, not for the mace, just grinding loot and xp and have only ever come across the commoners, warlords and chiefs (i think they are the main 3 weak ones there) I think once i saw an executioner actually inside, and soloed a witchdoc outside, and got 468 credits :/
I have a different angle on this that im going to try, and will post the results if i have any sucess, which is highly unlikely, and i also have some acklay bones which are useless, so if i can find the guy to give those to i will give it a go. Feel free to post a wp :-)

Its the Holy Grail of SWG. There's so much circumstantial evidence but no one is certain if it is indeed out there.

I think the executioner and his crew only spawn once a day. So if someone's already offed them you'd have to wait a full day for another spawn. The bunker is hourly though I'm not sure if the bones would drop there. I've killed the King numerous times, there and at the tusken village and got little to show for it. I think they'd come from either the observer or the witchdoctor. Two executioner kills netted me two heads. So I think that's an auto drop. Two Observer kills netted me credits and trash. I expected each time to get a smooth stone but I'm not sure if it falls from him or the Witch Doctor. I've never come accross the WD so I'm not cetain. If I get a smooth stone when I finally bag the WD I'd then bet anything that the Observer drops the bones and its a rare drop that falls about as often as the GDK scales but it could all be random for all I know.
