Thread: Triple Mastery Still Possible, Post CURB?

According to what's on Test Center, this template is possible. It's killer, too, for melee accuaracy & defense.
Posting this in the TKA, Fencer & Swordsman forums.
I used the new character generator at http://swg.bur.st/report.php, which is based on the latest Test Center figures.
Melee Defense - 235
Ranged Defense - 170
Melee Accuracy - 205
The devs have said that you were not gonna be able to have Triple Masteries, post CURB.
Am I right here or have I missed something?

That is correct, they said that was not supposed to be possible.
Please note that if you happen to be a fan of pikes, however, you're shafted. Rather unfair, really -- if they're going to allow a triple melee, you should be able to triple ANY melee, whether or not it makes mechanical sense to do so.

I tried one of the new CU char builders. and TKM, M-Pike, and M-Brawler and have 47 sp left!

they said triple elite mastery should be impossible.
But I have also seen that you can do this. tkm/fencer/sword
also you can supposedly do this, according to the sp. bh/commando/rifleman

with diminishing returns you many not be any better then someone who double mastered and got a SEA

MBH/MCdo/MRifle comes out 40 pts too much according to me....

You got it a little wrong, because with TKM armor everyone can use bio mods to get melee def up another 16 points from clothing.... Then add in the unarmed def and acc and the stats look like.... Also, without the downside for using cybernetics???????????

looks like a nice template. tbh i cant see the devs leaving it like this currently tkm leads to 4 elite proffesions fencer 2 swordsman 3 and pikeman just 1. proably find that tkm will be changed to needing unamred and pikeman to balance it out.

I hear what you say, but pikey as a prereq. fortkm? Perhaps there will be 3m polearm VK's for us too?!
