If the fixing of ScatterHit makes fencer alot less effective in pvp, that will affect all fencers, not just "FOTM"; who also pay their $15/month for their gameplay.

Adjusted several combat special moves to no longer bypass Toughness defenses
This is the only element of scatterhit2 that i have personally tested to be broken. Included in this, is synthsteak (unnatural toughness).
It is nothing to do with dodging, or stacking defenses. It is all about how much damage we dish out now with ScaterHit2.
Previously, synthsteak would not protect you against scatterhits, now it will. Bang, instant 45% reduction in your PVP damage. It affects all of your savy PVP opponents: not just the melee classes with toughness skill mods.
This, fellow fencers, is something that your correspondant is championing, and cheering for.
