Thread: Fencers list your weapon

And the reason you use this weapon. I am working towards master one hand and i'm using a rykk blade. The ham costs dont bother me too much as I am novice doctor so the only ham cost bothering me is the mind cost.


Additionally, I come from being a pikeman so the greatly reduced ham costs of fencer weapons compared to my long vibro axe make me want to ***** in my pants.


List your weapon, speed and damage if you remmeber them, and the reason you use this weapon. Also would help to know if you are a Healer or not a Healer.




The attic was less to us from the cellar the bones like the attic let them have it let them stay in the attic. When they sometimes come down the stairs at night and stand perplexed behind the door and headboard of the bed brushing that chalky skull with chalky fingers with sounds like the dry rattling of a shutter. Thats what I sit up in the dark to say.

sliced vibroblade 40- 160 damage speed 2.7 HAM 16/28/16


Reason: good speed damage not too mention armor piercing makes it better againist armored enemies, Ham big bonus to it too. my styles take less than 50 total ham usually . would have like a faster blade but speed didnt get sliced on it.

I did have a 70-170 Ryyk that was sliced down to speed 2. That was one wicked fast weapon, not to mention it had a 40% wound chance. Alas, the HAM costs killed me, and made attempting to knockdown someone very dangerous to myself. Then, I attempet to repair it and it went POOF.



So yesterday I bought a wicked little vibroblade. It sure looks dinky, but it gets its job done. I run around with a lesse Ryyk in town to get over my size problems lol

From what I can tell, I should probably be keeping my rykk blade until I can find an advanced vibro blade. I also won't be looking very hard for a adv. vibro blade due to the fact that being novice doctor helps out all my ham penalty downsides except mind.

I use a Vryk for a big hit (usually on lairs) and a vibro on just about everything else esp the Armored Mobs

and i'm not a healer so the ryyk gets used only in certain situations

I use a Curved Blade Damage ~86-195 speed 2.3 HAM approx 30/55/40


But i'm a healer so the first two don't effect me. I had it sliced for damage.

Curved Sword 69-160 1.9 speed 30/51/32 my stats are adjusted for the ham penalties. In a profession where speed is a must, this sword has saved my butt many times.

vibro: 37-134; 1.8 (30% slice); HAM - 16/28/16


curved:70-167; 1.9(18% slice); HAM - 29/54/38


i like to use the vibro when performing special moves becuase of its lower HAM cost, then switch to the curved when health needs to be preserved, while im beserk, or any other time when HAM isn't an issue.

Curved 88-208 (sliced 17%), 2.4 speed, and +10 range modifiers. I don't recall the HAM costs.

Vibroblade - 16/28/16 35-130 2.0 speed sliced


I've seen a few advanced vibroblades out there but it just doesn't seem worth it yet... at least not on Flurry.

Curved: 66-169 speed 1.6 (was sliced for speed)
Vibro: 42-166 Speed 2.3 (was sliced for damage)

I forget the other stats, but these are the main stats as far as I'm concerned. The HAM and stuff are pretty standard for the weapons (i.e. vibro is 16/28/16 I believe, curved is 50s for action, and 30s and 20s for the other 2)
