I know one of the dev's said it was capped too (think it was TH but I could be wrong on who it was), but I always assumed it just capped at 125 like melee and ranged defense. They did say that posture/status defenses still stack.

dodge cap is 125, along with range and melee defense, block, and counter. Everything else still stacks.

how can you hit ppl?
pistoleer guns are -80 to hit at any range over like 20m. the enemy has 120 ranged defence. whats our accuracy? that equals alot of misses to me.
and i dont even think ranged defence is working when im holding a pistol.

yeah, its nice. No more stackers that have pistoleer/fencer/rifleman/tk with tons of dodge or block. PvP is fun now that you can hit people.

most of the stackers were very good pvpers ...and on my server ....the stackers have no changed ...still very good

Yea, considering the cap is 125 and my accuracy at master is 107 (approx, im not at my pc) you can see the problem. Add on their block and counter defenses that they may have and I still only hit him about 1 outta 40 shots with my FWG.
Always have to default to TKM when I fight a stacker, at least with that I stand a chance.

you can take some acc food ...and if u got someone tanking just use the aim comand before every attack.always a way to hit a stacker ....intimidaite also works

I'm a master pistoleer and with my bh 3/0/4/0 get155 accuracy and with that do well in PvP I think.Start out with eyeshot to decrease theiraccuracy a lot(really works well), thentorso shot to get a good DOT going andsome stop shots always works. Use a geo blaster with good damageand since not everyone has stun protection on their chest, target that instead.

You, Sir, need better guns.
By Pistoleer weapons I assume you mean the Geo Sonic Blaster, the DX2 and the Republic Blaster. With advanced scopes my usual rig has +60 (geo), +55 (dx2) and -5 (republic, hey its good for a republic). The republic is 0/-5/0, making it fine at any range, the DX2 takes a beating far away at 45-60 meters to -60 I think, and the Geo has a cap at 48 meters.
But, I can see where you are coming from. 90% of the Weaponsmiths on my server, some with the "elite" status still don't have a clue how to make a decent gun with a scope. Typically you have to custom order those things or know a good smith who stocks their vender with the good stuff, not the -35 to ideal range republics... That's just pathedic.
Also there are food, skill tapes and skills themselves (intimidate) which can help you hit people.

one thing iv been wondering, the cap is 125 to combat stacking, but is that 125 including stacked class dodge and skill tapes, or is it 125+ dodge skill tapes?

My understanding is that skill tapes on food go beyond the maximum. It could be that it is just food.
Skill tapes cap at +25 no matter what the case, you can never go too overboard.
