Thread: INSTRUMENTS
How do you obtain (outside of the Bazaar) more intruments. Who makes them and price values would be good.
At musician novice (past musicianship...) you can build the next instrument which name escapes my mind atm.
There's a few folks on Eclipse able to make Kloo Horns and Fanfar instruments. Myself (Taerin), Darla, and possibly others.
my main source of music xp is to craft instruments. It made the monotony of SW1 nonexistent bc I already had 800 music xp before I even played a note.
If you're on Bloodfin, and need a new instrument, let me know. I hand "tailor" hehe, get it? the instruments to you! including your name on it....=)
<<on my sevrver there are fanfairs on the bazar but they cost 3000. Is that a resonable price?>>
My bazaar on Naboo had both the Fanfar and Kloo Horn for 350 credits each.

Hey, almost got it right. Master Musician will let you make any instrument (actually Music Tec 4 will let you make any) and you need Master Musician to play the nalargon. Master Entertainer just lets you play the mandoviol, but you can still make it if you're a Master Musician. Pretty much, MM will let you make or play any instrument, except you can't play the mandoviol without ME =/ so maybe wait til you can get ahold of the new Xantha to be your new axe =)
And the shop idea.. cool idea in theory, but alot of people who are leveling will probably just run to the nearest bazaar and buy it so they can join the group again, but hey no harm in trying! goodluck!
Great post. Thanks a ton! What is the Xantha? New stringed instrument?
I'm kind of pissed about the mandovial thing. I'm a bluegrass music fan and that is the instrument that (IMO) looks the coolest
Ah well.
As far as the shop thing goes, yeah, I realize that I'm not gonna get rich off it by any means and I also realize that most people will probably just make their own. Here's the deal. I played for about a year but took a break about 6 months ago because I got burned out as a fighter. I wanted to come back and do something that isn't insanely time consuming. This seems like a good relaxed way to hang out with people while still progressing through the skill trees. Plus, I love instruments
Again, I'm hoping the store will be more of a fun RPing experience and allow me to make a little money (focus is on 'little') while maybe providing a convenience for the musicians on my server.
We'll see.
