I love the mandoviol on SW1!
I do not know the name of the dance, but I really like the flailing about one. (don't hurt me Panthu)
My favorite avatar characteristic is the trunk on Ithorians; they are so cool! LOL

The "flailing about" could refer to several... we have some fairly, um... active, new flos...
For me, it's Lyrical 2. My favorite dance, all the way. Beautiful, and with the difficulty in working around the broken base dance, it isn't seen nearlyoften enough.
And I too am a Mandoviolist, through and through. Though I'm one of the ones who prefers the strings sounds of the mandoviol to the electric guitar of SW1.
Favorite song isa bit harder to narrow down. It was a three-way tie, now made four-way, between Ballad, Ceremonial, Jazz and now Western.
I haven't done enough IDing to really have a favorite, so I won't comment in this last category. I'm sure that others can well pick up my slack on this one.

Favorite song that would have to be Waltz in a band, with both of the horns going it is hauntingly good. Although Ceremonial and Western are up there with it.
Instrument - Well this is tricky, most songs seem to have a best instrument, on Jazz I like the Traz, Virtuoso the Nalagon rules supreme, Western it is the Mandoviol. The only instrument that I would say is needed in every song if the bandfill or Ommni Box, but it isn't really my favorite instrument. Overal though I would probably plump for the Mando as my favorite!

Instrument – Nala (but I do get frustrated with the targeting issue a lot)

I.D. – Holo-Emotes (yeah I know it’s not a characteristic but oh well )

LOL, I remember seeing all sorts of crazy things when ID got revamped.... THE WOOKIEES!!

Song: StarWars2 is probably up there... I like all the songs
Instrument: Strictly from a flourish animation standpoint, I really like the bandfill. However, sound wise... I like all instruments, in most songs, more is better.
Dance: Footloose Deuce! (With the new poplock in a close second)

instrument - mandoviol depending on the song
song - it was ceremonial until i heard 2 mandoviols playing virtuoso together 
but i still like how western sound on a chidinkalu horn. To me it really sounds like techno or something

I like seeing the ladies dance exoctic2-4 but I like footloose1-2 and popular2 as well. Music I like a nalargon/mandovial/omni combo on virtuoso and I like mandovial on waltz.

Song: Virtuoso with a full band. I could listen to it all night.
Dance: Exotic 4 done properly.
Caracteristic: Um...Well, let's just say I'd make a bundle in Vegas as a plastic surgeon.

Dance - I'm gonna have to agree with footloose duece, even before the new flourishes.. it's the base dance that pulls me in! STOMP STOMP
Avatar Characteristic to ID - having not experienced Ithorian or Sullustan ID sessions, I'm gonna go with weight, because there's a lot of subtle choices you can make to make a difference in the overall look.

My favourite instrument would be the Nalargon (i love that little keyboard 
).
).I'm always playing Western with my droid on the bandfill, sounds great.
As for my favourite dance (call me odd) but i've always found footloose to be humourous and the comments that people make...... hehe.
My favourite ID characteristic to adjust, hard to say one in particular, but i'm going to go with LeBob, the Ithorian trunk (thanks Bimoo for letting me play around with you )
