I intend to leave my title as fixer even after I make master, just because it sounds cooler than anything else we have

Anyone really Roleplay like pen/paper Roleplay. How i see it they got Fixer from the Cyberpunk Genra : a Fixer is someone that is basically a middleman from the underworld to the Corp/legit world. Someone from the ligit world needs/ wants something that is a little out of thier reach they goto a Fixer and poof they got it. Now How i see the a Fixer should work in the SW Genra would be getting equip/codes/ "ID cards" for a price.

Now How i see the the spice tier of a smuggler works is not the manufacture of a paticular spice but the transport/ subterfuse of that paticular type of spice.

If we could have custom titles, I'd replace Fence with "Street Pharmacist."

I knew a self-described street pharmacist back in the day.

I was thinking about titles recently and was wondering... is there a special title that someone can get over their head if they are a master of all three public performance professions? (Entertainer, Dancer and Musician)

If not, that might be an easy addition and I know that I personally would love to see such a title.

I think it's a good idea, I five starred it so others would see it when it was new... I just don't think it's a really great time to talk about us getting new and really different stuff while everything is so whacky.

Good points: It would be nice to show off your full commitment to your class (I think it would be good for 100% artisans, combat, outdoor types too... but maybe the "elite elite" profs take care of this, I don't know a lot about what they are supposed to be or even if they are still happening)

Bad points: It would put even more attention on things leaning towards "class basis" and we aren't supposed to be doing that... or are we? Once again, I'm fairly confused on this one, but I think class association is a bad thing right now... and so is skill picking... or something.

Well, if you're really desperate, you could do a looping macro that does:

/setcurrentskilltitle social_musician_master

/pause 2

/setcurrentskilltitle social_dancer_master

/pause 2

/setcurrentskilltitle social_entertainer_master

/pause 2

Only problem is every time it changes your title, you cancel trades, and /dump stops it.

The rest of the request I doubt will happen. It probably isn't as simple as it seems, and it doesn't go along the design of the game. Nor is it somethin that would make sense for anyotherprofessions - theres no other class you can master all of the similar professions off it, excepting perhaps medic. However, I'll give it a mention.

I am sure this has been said numerous times, but I'm new to these threads, so give me some grace...

Why, oh why, is the title earned for Concealment 'Hunter' instead of 'Assassin'? I mean, Concealment IV is entitled Silent Assassin, for gawd's sakes...

I would totally sport the Assassin title.

No no no. That'd make too much sense. They'd call for a nerf on riflemen titles if we were called assasins. We want to be called the same title that you can get for being a scout...that seems unrelated to riflemen...ya.

Sorry, I can't tell ya. There is a thread around here somewhere that Kla made regarding voting and getting our titles fixed, but I seem to have misplaced it. Feel free to put in your vote for some different riflemen titles in there - there are some very nice ideas for getting a couple fixed.

Right now titles are filtered by the same rules as character names, so you can't use anything that sounds official (like the word officer). I've made the devs aware of it...
