Brekkee - *Rennio{Flurry}* "With the proposed removal of looping macros, will entertainers still be able to use /ui action toolbarSlot00 loops in order to communicate with customers, or will they still be forced to keep repunching short macros? The removal of looping macros solves our buff bot problems, but limits us in the customer service we are allowed to provide to patrons.
TH - *Rennio and to everyone who is concerned about recursive macros, we are not going to remove the /ui macro commands. We are going to use a different method to encourage people to play "at the keyboard". Removing those basic abilities for players to use the GUI command would be a huge inconvenience and we dont want to do that.

Hehehe... Now wait a minute.

In the past month: Well we had 4 weddings - all used fireworks; we had 4 PvP matches - all used fireworks and we gave out some crafted items as awards; we celebrated several people achieving Master level in their profession - again with the fireworks; we had 5 lotteries - using about 7 sets of chance cubes each. I actually spent quitea bit of money on these *useless* items and I am just one person. What was frustrating is that I had to find a novice artisan and request the items because no one had them for sale. The same goes for armor. No one working on Armorsmith seems to think that they can sell anything other than composite and occassionally ubese. If I want something else for whatever reason (costume for performance or just to look slightly different while running around town), I again have to search out an apprentice to request the items. I'm not asking people to stock entire vendors with items that aren't popular but is it that hard to have one or two?

When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it's really a meteorite hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for. Unless it's death by meteor.

I commend you for keeping an Artisan in business then. In honor of this, I will go out and put chance cubes and fireworks up for sale right away.

I'll let you know how sales go in a week or two.

With the upcoming vendor nerf, it looks like it will be that hard to have one or two.
For the record, I got a chance cube from a newbie yesterday and used it on various occassions (and when I was jamming Friday night, I was lamenting the fact that I didn't have one, as we were trying to see who would be playing the mandoviol for the evening).
I'm thinking we're going to be using fireworks very soon now for the guild I just joined, as we're in a recruiting phase and like to celebrate when we get a new member.
