Well if you read the healing professions document you might notice they gave doctors a small buff to mind. I guess we are just supposed to sit in the cantina and look good. I'm afraid the real problem is the development team is a bunch of homophobic adolescents who have spent their life in front of a computer and really don't know what real life is like. Sad actually because this was one of the few games that gave an older person who did enjoy many aspects something besides bashing monsters or fighting a foul mouthed child.

Woohoo shield generators for everyone. Not only totally useless for anything but a ranged energy attack its also quickly expended. Now all you non-combatants get to fund all the armorsmiths of the galaxy as you discover it does nothing for you when that womp rat jumps you while you are trying to get to your cantina.

Again, no mention whatsoever with entertainers.

And how exactly does he think the new entertainers/crafters are gonna pay for them?
To start a new crafter is a credit sink in the beginning, even if they doing majority of their own harvesting.
New entertainer. lol Don’t know much about how it is on other servers but on Shadowfire only about 1% of customers pay for their BF healed.

I plan to fund this by hiring myself out to established crafters who need to check harvestors. I'll stand by with my rifle at the ready to defend them. When the creatures attack I'll demand payment and voila... problem solved 
Hello Blair. Allow me to introduce you to the entertainer profession. Pay no attention to the fuzzy diaper, I really am a professional. Our mission payouts range from 1100 - 1300 credits for 10 minutes of performance. Very few people tip for healing and now that function has been removed. Please provide us the waypoint for the nearest financial assistance ( welfare ) office so that we might begin collecting credits which we'll need to purchase PSGs so that we can stand at the mission terminals to select the missions.
