You have to go inside of the building to the stage. And you have to be able to dance as they say, most of the missions require Basic2 dancing. It takes about 10 minutes of dancing, and you have to be good and switching flourishs. But they do work.

Takes ten minutes of constant performance without stopping. Flourishing does NOT matter, but keeping that action bar going for ten minutes sometimes isn't easy. If I'm doing one of these missions, what I do is get two missions for the cantina I"m performing in already. Kinda of a way to tip myself I guess, as it is sometimes more than I earn from the people that watch/listen to me.

All hotels and some cantinas have stages. You don't actually have to be on a stage. Any spot inside the building will work.

Word of warning... DON'T accept any invites if you want the funds to yourself. Just love getting 10 cr for dancing 10 min. The game will automatically split any reward to everyone in the group.

Gee that 150cr reward goes so far when split in a cantina group.

however if all the entertainers would get in the habit of getting 2 missions regularly we could really help suppliment our tips. I just spent the afternoon playing missions in corillia & someone else started doing em too which was nice.

This gives one more reason to NOT include AFK entertainers in cantina groups Why should they get money for our missions.

Just checking to see if the entertainer missions are still broken? Took a few of them and went to the waypoints but nothing happened.

Aye, they are still broken as far as I can tell, just popped on here to see if there was a way around, but can't seem to so I'm guessing they are indeed broken.

I ran some dancer missions today, and they worked fine. Well, I mean they worked as advertised. I would like it if they paid a little more. Heh.

I tried it a few days ago, went into the building, danced for about 10min ... nothing happened ... yes, it was the right building

The problem is you have to dance continuously your 10 minutes to finish the mission .

Its not that the missions don't work: its thatEntertainer missionsaren't finished. You perform for a crowd that doesn't exist for a time that isn't defined, and your progress, if any, is unknown. For the lowest mission rewards, of course.

Personally, I think the missions aren't worth it, unless you are going to be performing someplace anyways. Given that a single tip usually provides more then the value of a mission, I'd rather perform for a crowd or practice.

When performing an Dance mission, you have to dance steadily for a long period of time, usually at least ten minutes, without stopping to rest. I think you also do need to flourish at least occasionally, but I can't confirm this. You do not need any sort of audience. I also think that you need to perform your highest-level dance, but again, I can't confirm this.

Don't launch yourself intoyour typical 'practice' macro. Instead, dance the dance manually, with extremely long periods in between flourishes. That way, you can keep up stamina long enough to perform the entire dance. And make sure you don't go AFK mid-dance, that seems to stop the mission.

I have run a ton of entertainer missions (heh, call it a role playing thing), and I have determined that I do not need to do any flourishes for the mission to succeed.

But I do have to dance non-stop, which means that either I have to perform one of the lower level dances, or someone has to heal my action bar, otherwise I run out of stamina before the mission goals are met.

And the payouts are so low that the entertainer missions are not really worth doing unless you are doing it as a roleplaying thing.
