A Red name on our forum? I think my universe just exploded. Now if only you could get some of the other devs to post here we would appreciate it a lot. Thank you for taking the time to reply to this issue, but it seems a little like a concession. What about taking the badge away from the bot? That would make us all feel a lot better.

Another thanks...

It is great to see the guy who gave me my "Accolade: Professional Demeanor" badge for the right reasons... I hope... fixing the issue of one given for the wrong reasons. Keep up the great work Pex. It is much appreciated.

Not applauding is not condemning.

Lord_Pall: I'd like to think of our professions, not as "balanced" from the DPS or numerical standpoint, but from the enjoyability stanpoint.

/CryTearsOfJoy! I have waited so long to see a developer post in our humble forum. Thank you very, VERY much, Pex for posting here. You do not know what this means for us in the entertainment professions.

Pex, normally you're my favorite of the red names that pop up.

However, you get a thumbs down here for two reasons.

#1. You didn't say the CSR would be reprimanded for such poor customer relations.

#2. You didn't say the badge would be removed.

Here's your chance to rectify that.

Pex, thank you very much for taking the time to let us know that this was indeed a mistake, and that it is not SOE's intention to reward AFK players. It is comforting to have it reaffirmed from a representative of SOE, that it does not encourage AFK macroing. The only thing further that I would ask if you is what, if anything, SOE intends to do with regard to the badge that was rewarded. Will you take the extra step to revoke the improperly rewarded badge and thereby maintain the honor and prestige of other entertainer badges?
