This problem has been dealt with already. The devs added a /denyservice command that lets you "blacklist" a person so that she doesn't receive healing from you.

Trust me, you don't really want targeted healing. Not only would it have the potential for real abuse, it would be really inconvenient in a situation where you have a lot of listeners and few entertainers. Worse, the entertainers would start competing against each other to be the first to service a new customer. As it is now, we're all on the same side. I don't see a need to change our abilities in a way that sets us against one another.
