The only time I ever felt like an entertainer term enhanced my gameplay was long ago, when cities first came out. My guild made a city day 1...I as resident master dancer got to have a player cantina. The mayor set down an entertainer terminal, and sure enough, I pulled a mission with the wp glowing on my steps! I felt like I had 'arrived'! ...I actually took the mission, and danced in my place to get the 30 creds or whatever.
I don't even know if the terms still recognize city cantinas, and I don't really know of any city willing to waste the upkeep on having one there to test it now, but it was good for a chuckle that one time.
When I was a brand new soul to the galaxy it only took me a little while to figure out the entertainer missions were a dead end and delivery missions could get me start-up creds. I tell new dancers the same thing when they ask if they should run the entertainer ones...or if they have been really nice and cool, I give them a few k creds for start-up cash...pity the mission terms are useless.
