I just got Master Entertainer last night for my 3rd holo and so far this macro is working great. (No ID in it, that's easy enough on it's own)

put this macro in the first slot and put an instrument in your 2nd slot

I've had it running for only a couple hours in a group of 20 peeps and I have 0,2,2,3 already.

You get more xp per flourish for doing the higher dances. It will go faster that way.

Thank god for pc anywhere, I'm at work till midnight but I should be able to log in and change it.

For the Lag problem - move your camera to first person, then look at the ceiling.
Poof - No lag! And your framerate goes up. If you are afk macroing, you don't need to see the other people anyway. Another way is to stand with your back to a wall, then flip the camera around to look at yourself and the wall.
And the other guy was right. Migrate your Quickness and Stamina over 700, then you will not burn off the green bar at all.
