One thing you might keep in mind about the amount needed on these buffs:
They don't need to be super wonderful buffs. I actually am fully capable of doing a turbo buff (the 3:20 one) one a single dose of Accarragm. I've used both really nice Accaragm, as well as somewhat average/below average, and both do the trick about the same. From what I've read, the stuff gives a 100-300 (about) boost to both Stamina and Quickness. Speaking as a Twi'lek entertainer, this puts my stats at almost decent - yes, Quick and Stam are both maxed.
I will admit that I can't do two consecutive turbos without maybe a 30 second pause, but then again, with the bots around, I haven't needed to do two consecutive turbos. Usually the people I'm buffing have novice medic and that works out just fine to tide me over. I don't know if the other races would be as limited as the Twi'lek in this instance.
So I think a buff of about 500 to either stat might be enough to keep even the buffers going indefinitely (if the buff needs to be a bit higher, please post it ^_^). I don't know what Power is required to achieve a buff of 500, though. =x
