That's very good news, 1k is not that much but finally worth doing the misison when you need some little money (be it only to take a star shuttle or buy the next instrument on the bazaar if needed) Still a little bit poor for a Master Musician or Dancer performance though

edit:
My point is that before, it was purely insulting for entertainers imho ^^ Now it's just quite poor But heh, artists' talent have often payed out only once they have passed away ^^

Yes, the mission pay still is not good for master level much less elite master, but that will involve much more coding than what has been done so far. All they had to do for this was change "100 - 300" to "1000 - 1200". For the mission pay to be based off of skill level, distanced travelled, instrument / song / dance used or any other complex things, there would be considerably more complex coding to be done... I'm hoping we can get this worked on during the non-combat prof revamps, but I'm very happy with what has been done so far.

I am rather happy with the fixes that have been happening recently, there seems to be a nice steady flow of them. It is also nice that they are being mentioned in the patch notes too.

I have been so used to the %TT message and am asked to buff so infrequently that I am still surprised top see the targets name there!

Maybe in the next patch they work on they will fix the spelling inconsitancy of the Fizz/Fizzz and remove the etranious space from the end of Bandfill.

Are you talking about when crafting a bandfill?

Yes.

hmmm, I had forgotten about that... I know it's sort of annoying heh, and I'll check to see if we can get that fixed up...

I just hope we're not getting these quick fixes that semi patch the profession up instead of the attention we really need later to make it viable again ATK -_-

That's not what it looks like to me. Other things have looked like that to me and I have freaked out about them (can anyone say Theater Quests? *cough*), but it really looks like working us into regular fixes and updates is just a sign that they are laying the groundwork for when we will be more fleshed out in our Revamp. They said this is how it would happen when our time came and it looks like it's here. Not that Sart and Deila don't still have a ton of Corr work ahead of them.

I think the intention of the Devs is solid and good, hopefully they will stay on track by working with the community. They also said that would happen when the time came, so I'm hopeful that it's right around the corner now. Deila is the psychic though, lol. I'm looking to her for predictions now, but I think we are on track so far and Deila and Sart will be able to keep us there.

Sooo glad to hear about the increase. Don't think they're quite done fixing this yet but it sure is better than 200 creds per mission. The fact that an entertainer can save money from not needing armor, brandy, buffs and stims should account for alittle bettergain.

I would agree that they are not done "fixing" this

The missions do not scale with skill, group entertainer level (single or multiple entertainers), nor group combat level

I tried several variations and always received 1100-1300 mission some of which are for places with aggressive mobs (Dant Agro Outpost)

So, I'm sure there is more that will be done
I am just glad to not have my Entertainer insulted with mission that cost more in travel than they paid *Kudos*

-edit-

Sorry off topic but I had to add that although I perform just fine without buffs that I also took up partial doc in addition to master Entertainer/Musician as my poor non-human Twi'lek can't buff a lekku without them not to mention the numbers above my head are distractive during group performances so I buff everyone in the group with quickness before we perform to avoid them showing up

Starode Ar'lya ~ Master Pistoleer/ex-Master CH/Medic
MMOGs played ~ Diku MUDDs (long live TinTin++) 3 years
Kal Ort Por 5 years ~ Solrain Core under 6 months (I still love many aspects of it)
Jove's Fury 6 months (un-describable disappointment) ~ SWG *clock still ticking*

The first one I ever did was on Bria... it was from one of the static cities (probably Mos Eisley) to Mos Taike... boy was I a noob back then ....... I just assumed that since it was such a pain to go all the way out there, that the reward would be great........ and worse than that was me trying to figure out who this NPC was that I was supposed to meet there and perform for (as the mission details said)....... I finally just assumed that the NPC beat me there and was one of the few hanging out in the cantina..... another funny thing is that I actually saw another Entertainer making the long trek back (on foot - this is way before mounts or vehicles or shuttle ports)... I asked the person what she was doing all the way out there, and she said doing an Entertainer mission in Mos Taike...........

...boy what SWG Social play could have been... still can be I guess.... maybe, maybe we will have multiple full groups of Entertainers (upper case "E") in Anchorhead and many other static cities simultaneously again some day...
