The range seems to be from 1000 - 1300 credits per mission, not bad for noob Ents, I think!

I have also been asked to gather feedback about the other Ent. related fixes lately namely the following:

  • /register fixed

  • %TT in /setp fixed

  • simultaneous Dancer and Musician buffing fixed

I am confident we have other fixes on the way in the near future too!

The range appears to be from 1100 - 1300 credits, as I tested them from the ent mission terminal at the Theed starport.

Woohoo! Congrats, LeBob, and all of the other Corres and Glowies who've worked hard on this issue for so long!

Well I honestly thought more people would be happy about this. : / Of course, as usual any constructive positive or constructive negative feedback is welcome and requested.

The payment for Entertainer missions has been so bad for so long that they have very little relevance to most entertainers. And a mission payment increase to 1200cr being called a "substantial" increase shows just how bad it has been. I can make more in a fraction of the time with nothing more than Novice Marksman skills. And besides the paltry payments, the entertainer missions are just plain dull, go to point X, play or dance forY minutes, get paid Z credits. Boring!

While it's nice tosee usgetting some DEV love, it may well be too little, too late.

Yes, I agree that the fun-factor of the missions really needs some work, but this is something I will not push until time for the non-combat profession revamps. For the record though, the increase does bring our payouts more in line with the rest of the non-combat missions. The pay was previously 100 - 200 credits on Live and 100 - 300 credits on TC. 1000 - 1200 is a changeto 1000% on the low end and 400% on the high end.

I am rather happy with the fixes that have been happening recently, there seems to be a nice steady flow of them. It is also nice that they are being mentioned in the patch notes too.

I have been so used to the %TT message and am asked to buff so infrequently that I am still surprised top see the targets name there!

Maybe in the next patch they work on they will fix the spelling inconsitancy of the Fizz/Fizzz and remove the etranious space from the end of Bandfill.

Are you talking about when crafting a bandfill?

I am wondering if it is possible to take 2 missions at the same time, as with artisan survey missions. I can take 2 artisan survey missions for the same material and complete them in one single survey.

This was possible for me to do awhile back on TC when I was testing.

Okay so you get 2 payouts for the same 10 minutes, at around 1200 a pop - so that's... 2400x6 per hour = around 14k (minus travel costs, if applicable). That's not great, but not horrible either. It's pretty good for a n00b, not so good for an advanced profession.

That's very good news, 1k is not that much but finally worth doing the misison when you need some little money (be it only to take a star shuttle or buy the next instrument on the bazaar if needed) Still a little bit poor for a Master Musician or Dancer performance though

edit:
My point is that before, it was purely insulting for entertainers imho ^^ Now it's just quite poor But heh, artists' talent have often payed out only once they have passed away ^^

Tested on TC last night with a 1100 and 1200 mission from Theed starport to the west Theed hotel.

Also note this was with a master musician (no combat skills at all), but changing instrument didn't appear to change the range of missions I could see, I also could see the same price range on dance missions, but have no dance skills beyond novice entertainer. Confirmed with Deila that her TKM couldn't see any higher value missions.

Both missions registered complete, but for some reason the first one finished 10 seconds before the second one. Clearly to do with the code and the 'tick' for xp, but did confuse me for 9 seconds when I thought the second had failed, was glad when the second one kicked in. Both payments agreed to the bank, and sent in a /bug to be safe.

Oh, and thanks to all the corres past and present who have lobbied for some entertainer care.
