Just to make sure.. you are refering to buffbots here right?
Not entertainers who are upset over the removal of an kind of usefullness outside of "looking pretty"?

Heheh the first night the CU was live on Intrepid there was a buffbot in the C'net cantina who asked me "What is our role now?" after being told that her buffs no longer worked. I have since seen her ATK and walking around a few times now....its a quite funny to see 
As for any of the other buffbots i had on ignore(i removed them to see if any still come around) i have seen only the 1. What seems to be happening now is a spambot, not sure who/where else this is happening to but i hope it doesn't become rampant =/

This is a nice conciliatory attitude. I don't think it benefits anyone to continue animosity at this point if there is a chance to get along. There's so much hate on the forums over the CU.
I think, personally, I'm going to give everyone on my ignore lists a reprieve -- many of them are tip-spammers or buffbots that I just grew weary of hearing when grinding up all my dancers. (I've never really minded afk-ism as much as many people on this board, but afk-spamminghas bothered me greatly.) I can always put them back on if they annoy me again.
Good idea, Cendatinea, and of course it would come from a dancing smuggler. 
Might be nice to have a large-scale event of forgiveness.

I've never been an afker, and the last time I danced was to twirl around with tumble for the shear joy of it before I let it go in a clean break. I'm still mourning the loss, but hope I will find comfort on the audience side of entertaining. I'm heading in a different direction, but know should I ever decided to return to dance, I will enjoy the journey making my way back.
Entertainers on Tempest, give a grieving Twi a hug. And know you'll always have an appreciative fan here. And let me know if you've got any harassers. I'm going CM and need the practice.

We've had a blast in Coronet on Tempest thelast two nights.A lot of people came in to visit, we had great conversations (& a lot of tips)and I finally hit Novice Dancer (yaaa!).I'm saddened to hear you've dropped dancing but I'm sure you'll still come around to be apart of the party. And please, feel free to ignite Scipionus..he's become rather addicted to being caught on fire.

you are a better person than I me i say good riddence to bad rubbish if they wanna go atk let them drop all dancer boxes and reget them the right way other than that no way am I going ot in any way be nice to them or invite them to my groups or my circle of friends/fans

there will ALWAYS be afk entertainers.. nothing can prevent this.

I have lots of schoolwork, studying, and other stuff to do. I enjoy having the game on even though I cannot be ATK. Just looking at the screen while studying for hours on end makes me happy. My AFK Ent. is not going anywhere.

You should make a screensaver with you AFK ent, then.. Same effect, without the $15 a month fee.

So you know, I'm not trying to be rude. I'm 100% serious. If just seeing your character sit there and play makes you happy, I wouldn't be paying $15 a month...

I don't think Dath is talking about afk ents here. It's about buff bots.
Afk entertainers I can tolerate because they really do not bother me (as long as they refrain from having a really annoying "Tip me!" macro going), it's the buff bots that were really bringing down the entertainer business.
