Just a quick poll for the heck of it.. How many Entertainers checked it today and if so what was it? I know many of us arent going for jedi I just think it would befun to see what everyone got..
I am Master Entertainer, Master Dancer, and Master Image Designer. The only other profession Ive done is Musician. I have never done any combat at all,except for unarmed while defending myself against those nasty kreetles or spice feinds,. I did travel around to get the POIs , just for something to do. I checked mine and I was surging.. Maybe I 'll try to get glowing and go dance in the village !!

I am not going for a Jedi, and I do not even know how to check how far long I am, but that 2nd character slot would be nice. I could use it to get a reliable income.

I really haven't checked and honestly don't care. Sure, I want Entertainers to be at least considered for FS things (even though we are always thrown in as an afterthought.)...but it makes no real difference to me personally or to the way I'll be playing the game.
heheh pretty soon I'll be the special one because I'll have natural characters while everyone else runs around being FS.

All you have to do is type /che . I know I could never do the quests once I got in, but I think it would be a blast if I could get into the village and just start dancing away for everyone..

heheh that would be great, actually...toEntertain in the village. We get so many comments about how we don't belong on the streets or in the starports Entertaining...I can just see the flames for doing it in the village. Unless of course the devs thought to put a cantina/tavern there for healing BF?

Now your getting my drift.. but I dont think they will put a cantina in there. How sweet would it be to be standing in the middle of the village flourishing away while all the "uber" combat players thatnever had anyregard for Entertainers drive by and go "HUH?? How did SHE get in here? /shame on me.. I just want to crash thier party..

I had to check it out and see, too. I never hologrinded. Only mastered dancer, entertainer, and teras kasi, a template I've had forever. And, when I found out about the badge thing, I didn't do anything to get anymore badges. I basically wanted to see how close I've gotten just doing my normal routine and playing the character the way I wanted to play it. So, apparently "I feel a faint sense of the force." cool.

Heh, I logged in today "glowing."
I think that means I get an automatic visit from the Old Man.

I too have an inner glow. The Force is with me.
I'm not particularly interested in Jedi or FS skills. But, that second character slot is attractive. I may play around with some of the village stuff gradually, and if one day I can get a second character slot opened up, that could be nice.Grinding for it? No no no no....

I glow. My roommate has suggested that it's just my addiction to cinnamon candy. I didn't do what my Holiday Holo said but just kept playing my game, my way and that's what I'm going to continue to do. I think I'll probably let the Old Man follow me around for a while just to see what happens. Maybe I'll name him and rp with him (my home server was on TC2 for a few days and I got to tease him a bit there).
The much more exciting news today: I bought my home town cantina! Weeeeeeeee!

Hmm apparently I'm Surging with the force... It will be interesting to see if I happen to cross over to glowing any time soon as I have no plans to go to anything like the corvette or the warren

I have a faint sense of the Force.
When I was on TC2 (when all that nonsense first came about) I thanked The Maker that my Bria character had a Fizzz on him - a Musician Dev Pro Tempore's Fizzz at that
I then got the Old Man visit, ran around like an idiot from Siths until I gave in and used my bowcaster, and then got into the Village.
I have screenshots of me standing next to the Village Elder playing my Fizzz. He even started clapping for me! Hmm...did I get a pic of him clapping...i'll have to check on that later....
