Where is jabbas palace on tatoonie, does it have to be unlocked, and if so where is mission chain.

Do you have to have positive Jabba faction standing? That's kind of hard to do since the Devs broke the faction system. I hope things get fixed relatively soon...

The missions are broke until the next big patch, meaning you can do them, but you wont actually get any reward (other than Hutt faction) for them.
Although you will get a message saying a reward has been places in your inventory.

Sigh, that's one of the main reason I haven't done any theme parks. I really like this game, more than I thought I would at first, but it feels like Beta 4 with all the bugs...my favorite is bug is the one where you run through the space port shuttle and see a whitebra and pantie set...

On tatooine, head over to wayfar (You have to walk there, not fun 
) when you get to the city ask around. It is about 500m off the city. (of course, you might be able to see it from the city...)

yep 500m or so North easterly of Wayfar there is actually a dirt-track road that leads up to it that isnt too hard to spot so keep a look out for it, when your in the palace there are several quests to complete to unlock new areas of the palace some of them are pretty tough (first one is to kill a tusken raider leader and he has a tusken bodyguard with him) so id recommend going with a friend or 2, beleive me the sights in there are worth the effort

Jabba's palace is actually North WESTerly from Wayfar, not EASTerly as stated above..

Sounds like a pretty neat idea to me. When I did the Jabba missions, I spent a little while playing music and dancing in the throne room after I got in . One problem I foresee, at least personally for me, is that the ambient music interferes with the music I want to play. It'd drive me nuts to play music there for a significant amount of time.
Of course, if the devs wanted to add the song from the throne room as a playable song, I'd be all for that!
But yeah, I could see Jabba's palace becoming a kind of hangout, especially with the newbies around who would likely think of Jabba as the first themepark type thing to do, being on Tatooine and all.

As a Bounty Hunter one of the places I like to visit is Jabbas palace. What I would like to see is the throne room containing more than just NPCs and for this room and thepalace itself to become a thriving hub for the BH community. Its one of the few places ingame that really make me feel like I am in the Star Wars universe and unfortunately the only players that go there pop in to get a mission and leave straight away.
Wouldn't it be a good idea for the Throne room to actually have the same in game properties as a Cantina - eg; it could be a place where Entertainers can heal mind wounds and fatigue. If this was put into the game who knows, a few entertainers might want to set up shop in the palace and more people might have a reason just to visit and hang out there. I would think this would be a real quick and easy thing to put in the game and might give the roleplayers a new hangout area.
This could be extended further I guess into other professions - eg; have a med centre there for the scum of the galaxy to have their wounds healed but I dont want to overdo it.
As a Bounty Hunter I cannot pretend I know whether Dancers, musicians and entertainers would like this but am interested to know your thoughts.

This is indeed something many want. Even without the bonus, many enterainers go to Jabba's. I think there's even been a few parties held there.
I'm hoping, in a way, that this is what the casino becomes. For the palace to become something like this, there would likely need to be some alternate means of entry besides killing things. (Something else entertainers would like.)

yup nice thing to have
if i'm right a Tiaga's friend was roleplying a slave dance there
here some ideas about it
1) disable all ambiental music if you are listening a player music (it will works even with the day/night music and both for people /listening and entertainers playing)
and both for people /listening and entertainers playing)2) make a second entrace for jabba throne room, entertainers should not walk free inside jabba palace, they are there to work eheh 
this way they will be just allowed to the throne room whitout making changes to the main quest.
