I don't really have a 'highest quality of droid' price. All droids are the best I can possibly make them, so my prices are simply based on the materials used. All droids below have level 6 armor.
New Probot with 5 modules: 27k
R3 with 6 combat modules: 65k
LE Repair with 3 combat modules: 18k
Combat Medic Probot (Medical 6, Crafting, 3 Combat Modules): 28k
Cargo Probot (4 Combat Modules, Storage 6): 29k
Surgical Droid: 20k
Medical R2 (Medical 6, Crafting, Storage 6):30k
Cargo R5 (Storage 6): 6k
Cargo DZ70 (Storage 6, 1 Combat Module): 7.5k
Crafting R3 (4 crafting modules, Data 6, Storage 6): 75k
Probe Droids: 7k per crate
Seeker Droids: 3k per crate
Droid Batteries: 2.5k per crate
Repair Kit - B: 850 a piece
These are mycurrent 'in stock' items. Pretty much all of these move pretty well on all of my vendors. Probably the slowest moving is the Surgical Droid which might sell 1 a week. Crafting R3s also don't move really quick, but then I never intended them to. They move at a good enough rate that I'm happy and not so fast that I go crazy building new ones.

I understand that it takes a few more resources to make the storage module, but they can all be crap 2 CPU grind-levelresources. It takes at least 10 CPU resources (on Ahazi) to make competitive combat modules.
actually, it is your comment that makes me boggle kollos. On my server, the high conductivity copper that the combat modules require is quite easy to find, but the lidium extrusive ore that the L6 storage modules require is almost impossible to find. so i too, charge more for the L6 storage modules.

High Cond copper is insufficient. It needs both high Cond and high OQ. Finding high Cond copper is easy... finding one that also has high OQ is very difficult, at least on Ahazi. And we're not just talking "high" Cond and OQ, we're talking 950+ on both stats. That stuff is rarer than most rare resources, including Lidium. Furthermore, any Lidium will do - the quality of it is irrelevant.
Perhaps we've been lucky on Ahazi with regard to Lidium, but I doubt it. After going for 6 months without any Lidium at all we saw 3-4 spawns of it over the course of 2 months. Anyone who was aware of the need during that period of time probably overdosed on Lidium because so much was available. We have had exactly one spawn of any resource with Cond and OQ both over 900, let alone 950. I don't believe we've even had more than 1 with an average on those two stats over 950. (And the 1 spawn in question wasn't even copper - it was unknown non-ferrous metal.)
The real difference is that a supply of Lidium will last a lot longer than a supply of high Cond/OQ copper for several reasons. Lidium is only used for L6 storage modules, and you only need one L6 storage module for every droid you make. You need 5 or 6 Combat Modules per droid. You also need less Lidium per item than you do of the copper (12 vs 40). So on a droid-for-droid basis, you need 12 Lidium vs 200-240 copper. Then there's always the fact that you can use that high Cond/OQ copper for multiple other purposes, not the least of which is weapon powerups that easily sell for 25-30 CPU.
So yeah, I charge more for Combat Modules than I do for L6 Item Storage modules because it makes sense to do so. The 150k or so ofLidium that I have stockpiled will last me for over 12 thousand Droids. The 400k of high Cond/OQ copper I have is both more expensive to purchase and will only last me for around 1800 droids.
Rarity is irrelevant. Cost is the only thing that's relevant. Rarity does have an often dramatic effect on price, but in this case Lidium's rarity on an average server doesn't drive the price up enough to match the exceptionally high qualityrequirements of Combat Modules if you want a combat rating of 100.

Oh, right now some 999 con and 999 oq copper has been on Chilastra for a few days... I have three BER 10s sucking it up on 68-71% spots.

That's the only thing stocked on my vendor, but I do custom orders by email, and this is how I work things out:
Base droids, no modules added yet, all advanced models (duh)
MSE = 500c
Adv MSE = 1500c
DZ = 2100c
R5 = 3700c
WED = 2000c
R4 = 4200c
EG = 3300c + cost of power core
LE = 7200c
2-1B = 10k
Probot = 7500c
3PO = 10.5k
R2 = 13k
R3 = 16k
C-8 = 36k
Then I add whatever the customer wants in terms of modules:
+Crafting station = 1k
+Repair Mod = 750c
+Personality 350c - 1300c
+Armor 4 = 850c
+Armor 6= 1300 + cost of composite segment
+Med 4 = 400c
+Med 6 = 1300c
+Data 4 = 700c
+Data 6 = 1400c
+Storage 4 = 450c
+Storage 6 = 1300c
The way I did this was to actually calculate out the resource costand requirements for all the components that go into whatever droid I'm making (empty) and then add them all up. I use the same formula for chassi, Master Artisan components, Vehicles and pretty much anything else. The R3 is the exception, since demand has driven the price up a lot higher than the normal cost.

Storage-6 Modules take 2 subcomponents instead of 1, one of those sub components has to be factory produced to give you identical modules, and it requires a specific type of material, Lidium Extrusive Ore.
Combat modules on the other hand require a single subcomponent that I can make on the fly if I need to and no special materials.
It's just they way I price and it works well for me and for my customers.
