I just wanted to announce my stepping down as Droid Engineer Correspondent. It has been an honor and a pleasure to server as the DE Correspondent. I have struggled with the decission to step down from the position for some time now, but realized that the community needs a strong voice in the months to come, during the CURB and beyond. There are a number of people within the community that I think would provide great representation. I highly encourage any of the current Combat Upgrade Sandbox picks to come forth and take up the charge. I believe that any of them would function well in the Correspondents postion.
And yes, the title is a delberate statement about the need for a Droid Decay system in the game... I think it is still one of the biggest issues that needs to be address in the near future of the game.

Not sure I know who even made the CU Sandbox list, any chance you can let us know who's on it? Think we need to fill the position pretty fast, since after the CU we have the Non-Combat upgrade coming down the pike.

Drashk, I really hate to see ya go. Twice now, you've stepped up and represented the DEs in tough times. We'll be forever in your debt.
So, since the pattern seems to be Drashk, TK, Drashk, does that mean you'll be taking the title back, TK?

When I set down the DE Corr. 'bandolier' last time, I mentioned that it was my belief that this position was designed for different voices to be heard. I still believe that.
I've had my time in the chair...now it should fall to...

Ohh no, dangit Drashk, that is to bad seriously.
On many issues, you and I did not agree, yet on others we did. However, no matter the case, I always enjoyed our discussions. You always backed up your discussions with facts and insight. Even though we disagreed on many things, I truly feel that you represented the DE community well.
That being said, I do intend to put an application in for the job. I can't fill TK's shoes, or yours. I wont even bother trying. I will however do my best to make sure that the DE's are properly represented.
