ugh, man I was hoping you were going to stay on through the CU. Although with as many correspondents shifting lately, how close would I be in guessing that this is probably a dictation from Tyrant about term limits?

Sorry to see you go their chief. While I have not been a very active member in the forums, I have been here since the begining. Took a long sabatical and have used much of your insight and wisdom (particularly your guide that is hands down the best guide ever) when I came back.
I think that being a DE overall is the most taxing and demanding profession in the entire game. We have had to battle with more bugs and more issues than any other pofession. You have been a strong advocate for our cause and I believe many of the issues have been resolved or brought to light because of you and all the Correspondents before you. For that, I thank you. I hope that the person that steps up to the plate has half the passion and intelligence that you have shown. Good luck.
And good luck to the next person who becomes the voice of the Droid Engineers.

You did a great job Drashk, not only now but in your previous reign as Droid Engineer Correspondent.
/Salute Drashk
Ditto on the decay problem.

Well I hope its not RL problems like last time, or atleast we hope you can solve them in shorter time than last.
Oh yeah and sorry to see step down again. The real loss is if we lost you as a cummunity member for good.

Haven't been around the DE boards much lately (been focusing on my time in game as well as the server community lately) but I hate to see you go. Twice now you've helped reinforce this community, and as always you've earned your place among the blue glowies.

Being the consumate lurker that I am, you wont know me...
.. however, I have always read both yours and TK241's posts with great interest over the last year and a bit and have always found them well written and clearly argued.
A rare gift in an environment that indulges "splurge" writing
Thank you for being an excellent Correspondent and I hope that you will continue to enjoy hanging with the rest of us tinkerers.

Ah man, why did I just NOW see this thread? Guess I was blocking a bad thing out of my head. Drashk, in your short tenure, you have proven once again that you are an invaluable contributor to our profession. And hopefully, you will continue to be so!
