Heya, all...
A quick head's up.
Droid Customization (Paint) kits will be getting increased so that they last for 200 calls.
Yes, I said 200.
There is NO ETA on this (so please, don't ask for one). It may be tomorrow, it may be 6 months from now. I do not know.

Nice man, that means I need to remake my current batch when it happens, they say "last 50 calls!" lol

Hurray, now if they'd do that for vehicle customization kits, we'd start seeing more people paint their bikes, and some variety in bike colors. Hey, I wonder if they plan to do that too.....

It's always nice to have some attention.
I'm not sure why this is such a good thing though.
At 50 calls a 8 charge unit will last for 200 calls (2 tone)
At 200 calls the same unit will last for 800 calls
Howdoes this improve sales of the kits?
It's certainly great for the consumer, but where is the benifit forus.

the benifit is now they would actually buy them, the most common colouration I see for an r3 on my server is white/white, cause they dont wanna botherrecolouring it/no one sells them on scyllia.

If it's great for the consumer, they'll all buy more.....si?

I know that a lot of my peeps will likely this enough to buy some and likely use them. They won't sell often but perhaps they can fetch a bit higher price.
Anyway, it's something that'll make all those that wanted longer paint times happy....and that can't be bad. It just gave people one more reason not to buy a droid at all. Maybe now they will.

That's just funny. People would never put away their droids! I still wish they would break randomly after around 4 months of being active. I mean that animation for that can be taken right from the 1st 10 minutes of Episode IV.
<BANG!>
Luke: "Hey! This R2 has a bad motivator!"
I lost count of the number of droid death threads there have been so just pretend this didn't come up....and I was never here.
DIE R2! DIE!
