Anyone recall the Tuesday Tips they posted with the hermit droid engineer on Lok? Well, a group of us found the place tonight on Intrepid. We explored the entire cave. It was filled with non aggro regular Droidekas, aggro droidekas with 400-500 HAM, and get this, IG Assassin Droids.

The screens are too big for my free hosting, but I'll email a bunch to someone if they want so they can host them. Just PM or leave your email address here.

FYI, the IG's had about 2400ish HAM. I never got aggroed by them, but judging by the HAM bars of group mates, they hit pretty hard. In any event the graphics for them are already in so we'll likely be seeing them soon, along with the droidekas.

it's um.. cool, but if I understand you right, that IG droid you saw is an NPC right? if it is... that does DE no good, I mean we have drodekas as NPCs and we can't build none, what good does that do? of course yeah it's a working graphical model, all SOE has to do is fit the graphics on a pet and throw in some bogus schematics in to blueprint but ... will they do it?

That's the point. The graphics are already done, so it'll be easy to turn it into something we can use. Which means those and droidekas will probably be our first new schematics.

frankly I am not looking foward to make droidekas, you KNOW it's gonna need deflector shield generators of some sort, unless there's a droid version of generator we can make ourselves... we have to get ripped off by armor smith and then get accused by DE buyers thinking we sell too high.

I'm looking forward to it, they tend to kill there creators. Less compitition, gya!

According to SW lore..there were only 5 or so IG assasin droids built..before the original IG88 became self aware and freed 3 other 88's and one older model. They destroyed anyone with any knowledge about them, and set off on their own. All were eventually destroyed (a couple by boba fett) but I think the older model one is still out there.

You're pretty accurate on that one, Somira. Three were destroyed by Boba Fett: One on Bespin, two in the space around Tatooine. The third uploaded himself into the memory/computer module for the Second Death Star... And we all know what happened to that.

Uh, you just stated that the bounty hunter trainer was an IG type droid. These are actual, combatable NPC's. Not the same.
