Thread: Creature Handlers Finally Feel Our Pain...Hell Has Frozen Over
First off...this thread isn't specifically about droids, per se.
Out of morbid curiosity, I browsed the CH forums to see how well this publish's changes to the CH profession went over with the CH community at large. Their forum has been filled with threads chock-full of comments such as "I'm quitting!" or "I'm 3,2,2,2...what do you mean I can't call my 3 Graul Maulers anymore?!"
Needless to say, the changes haven't gone over all that well. Some CH are viewing their profession as "broken" now because of the direction the devs have decided to take their profession. They finally know how we've felt since beta. I'm certainly not knocking on CHs, as some of them rank among my closest friends in-game. But I simply couldn't escape the delicious irony that their forum now looks like ours in terms of the number of complaints and threats to quit the game.
No way take a look at the BE forum, the minite that teh CH's learn what is possible they will stop complaining.
One post i just saw said he had made a lv 69 gurreck with a 16k ham and light armor

I'm just glad the devs decided to do something about all the darn creatures stomping around. I had a friend of mine say "I can't call my tank pets anymore... I'm dropping CH or quitting!". My response: "So?"
That felt really good. FINALLY there is a limit on the number of pets CH's can call out that doesn't involve them calling a small army to anniahilate thier enemy while they stand back and use bleeding or healthshot on you.
How does it feel now CH's? Doesnt feel so great when you can't do something with your profession, nowdoes it? If it sounds like I'm bitter... its because I am.
Mentazm i think i can one up that. My one account is Master DE soon to be Master Chef. And the other is master CH/Master rifle. So yes i know pain.
But i just had my midlevel BE make me a super Roba (call it a weird request but hey my albino potbellied bull dog spits poison now ) and at level 12 it has 6k ham. So really the CH changes werent that big. If it means that we have level CH'ers. Fine i can deal with that. My master DE's getting the factories warmed up for advanced probots. Something tells me that once the populace realizes that 820 ham medium armor and 40% resists are better thena lesser plains bol. We should have a lot of business.

It rocked. **edit**ing **edit** retentive CHs.
Its post like these that make me happy they lowered the limit to non-CH pets to 10. Everyone wanted CHs nerfed but had no trouble asking for a rock beetle.
As CH I am annoyed that they nerfed a working class in place of fixing the broken ones.
As a player I am disgusted with crap comments like this. Every nerf is bad and why whould anyone care how other choose to play.
