Considering the state of our profession and the lack of solid future positives, I think it would prudent to give master droid engineers 63 extra skill points.

You, know, our profession really isn't as bad off as everyone seems to think it is. There's huge demand for droids out there, most DE's charge enough to make an insane profit off their droids (most prices I hear are about 30cpu in terms of resources, I've seen it as high as 100cpu though, and still selling), and quite frankly droids are useful to more people than any other item in the game. I'm not saying that we don't have our fair share of bugs, but we are not worthless, pathetic, and lame as everyone seems to think we are. I think part of the problem is people read these forums, then get depressed and not even try, killing themselves before they've even started.

ur A and B are the cool factors hehe. the crafting stations dont work in same droid and experimentation is broken. probots are pretty decent tanks yeah, that's the only thing that would actually sale besides BH stuff. we suck.........

multiple crafting stations in the same droid have nothing to do with it, every medic pretty much has to have a medical module, I'd say every crafter pretty much has to have a crafting station (unless they want to be a hermit, which reduces sales), and probot will take more damage than any current non-ch pet if you don't have medic, better than any non-ch pet regardless after the upcomming change. I don't really sell many BH droids, as I find its more of a pain than its worth, and there are plenty of other novice DE's that could use the business, yet somehow I still seem to sell a lot of droids, guess I must be selling more than just probots.

trust me, 90% of those buyers just need something that looks cool. i hate that. yeah i love those med modules, it makes me able to heal wounds on somebody across town instead of medical center and if i get tef or im overt they get shot up in seconds, just my type of module............no need for them in the wild, always somebody with camping skills............people who want them are either n00bs or they feel sorry for us. we are alot more useless than you think =). but i do like probots, cant deny that hehe.

I really don't have a problem with money, and I'm not even a master. Hell, I've only got to master Droid Design, yet I've made over a million credits just by selling droids. And I only charge about 8cpu (my adv. probots are 10k, etc). So I don't really think money is the issue.

Now to the original poster... why would we want 63 extra skill points? lol Just give us more types of modules, don't even give us more combat droids, I don't want them, probot is just fine

Your a prety comical guy. I especialy like the part in another thread where you claim to have made somewhere in the range of 2 million credits from droid sales. Thats a prety neat trick and all, but I honestly think your fullof it.

If it is true though, then your either the onlyDE on your server orfor some reason, people on your server have more money than they know what to do with.

I also find it comical that you seem to be the "Only" DE in the entire DE-Profession forum section who seems to be happy about the current state of disrepair.

Anyways, keep posting, Im having a great time. Oh, and what ever your on, I'll take a double

Or they just don't enjoy sitting around the med center. I know on Tarquinas at least pretty much everyone in bestine hangs around outside the cantina, so the medics and docs stand around there healing/buffing people. As for the docs, any master doc that wants to sell buffs (which is a good business) needs a good medical droid, as you get better results than in a med center. And who cares if the droid gets shot up, not like its going to make it work any less. Store it in a minute and it comes out ready to go (if a little short on health).

We don't need more skill points.This of it asa sort of metaphor for a broken class. Nice to think about though ifI do sayso.
