I know its unbelievable, but he said it.
See the stratics Chatlog
Now you all know I had a lot of respect for Runesabre..well that just went out the window.
I am now dog tired of the lies and misinformation. I dont think there is a single developer who understands droids at all.
It has gone too far, this is now the world of complete madness.

RunesabreIn order to maintain the proper combat balance of the game, it was necessary to reduce the probot armor to appropriate levels. The current probot armor was akin to what a level 150 creature would have.
Hate to say it, and I don't like it, believe me, but what he said is that the AR2 is akin (like or much like) to what a level 150 creature would have. Since he was talking in past tense "current probot armor" can be taken to mean what the armor level was. Easy to misinterpret, but they can defend it.

Runesabres right, a CL150 creature would have medium armour and 40% resists( actually a little higher), however id like him to show me 1 cl 150 creature out there that has 820 ham.........

Anyone have the stats of a CL 150 pet? I'd like to compare...

cl150 is pekopeko albratros, dune kimogila, etc.
The statement is total bs... Cl is based on the combantion of armor, resists, and ham.

I'll be real lazy now (mainly since if I didnb't run two minutes ago, I'll miss the bus and walk to school...) and just blatantly copy and paste my response the the same statement but in another thread somewhere 'round here;
I think your misinterprating. He said: "In order to maintain the proper combat balance of the game, it was necessary to reduce the probot armor to appropriate levels. The current probot armor was akin to what a level 150 creature would have."
When you've cooled of a bit, and read it a few times, don't you think what he said actually sounds a lot more like "the old armourof a probot was the same as the kind of armour you would've found on a lvl 150 pet." or "Level 150 critters would be expected to have an armour like that".
He does not mention the probot's damage, speed or HAM. He does not (the way I read it) talk about the probot as an entitity, at all. He is not saying that pre-patch probots are level 150 pets. He's refering to the armour and nothing but the armour.
He is saying the had the kind of armour that usually belong on level 150 pets.
So yeah, probot AR2 is bull. Because what he meant (the way I read that. But it's 6am and english isn't my first language, so maybe I'm making things up) was that probot armour was of the strenght usually found on a lvl 150 pet.

I didn't think about that Caix, and I have to agree. The statement is not very clear, and he should've been a bit more specific.

I know what he means, but that still seems awfully low for CL 150.

I'm not sure on the exact numbers but I do think the point he was trying to get across was that the armor was way too high for a low level pet. I think I can only remember seeing a very few creature pets with medium armor, and most of those were CL50-60 (and all of which have been nerfed). I'd imagine if you look at a specific time from and compare it against most CL150 creatures it might match up, but either way the point is still valid. I really don't think its droids lacking power, I think its BE creatures that have way too much...

Keep in mind those CL150 creatures will have high HAMs. You try beating a creature with 80K HAM that takes only 300 damage when you hit it for a potential 2000.
