Someone offered me a Schematic for a Droidsmith's Tool Set .
He said, it can be build by tailors, but didn't know the purpose.
Anyone has some infos about it?

Can't be made unless you have a Droid Repair Tool from four or five months ago when they took it out of the game, so I'd hold off on buying it just yet.

And does anyone know what it will do (in some months )?

I think I read it adds something like +5 Droid Assembly, +5 Droid Customization, +3 Droid Experimentation.

Oh, and if anyone has a Droid Repair Kit I'd be glad to take it off thier hands for 100k

Its a bandolier that adds some modifiers to the DE skills: customization, experimentation and complexity, I think.

There is another thread tat include pics... try to search for it

It sounds like they're bringing the repair kits back in the next patch. This was one of the items in the notes on publish 7:

* Droid Damage Repair Kits and Droid Wound Repair Kit

Is the "droid damage repair kit" the same as the "droid repair tool"?

Wow, 100k offer and I still wouldn't dream of getting rid of my old repair kit. I keep it as one of my most treasured bugged items, to remind me where we have all come from... and how little distance we have come since they were removed But I'm fairly confident it will be changing soon though.

But if you can grab the schematic up cheap and just hold onto it till they do release the new droid repair kit. If those things are anything like the new chef clothing then I'm sure there'll be a big demand for the latest 'fashion' once they can be built.

I just purchased the schematic and the clasps required to make it. Luckily I had a repair kit sitting around my shop. Once I get to the point where I can make cargo pockets I'll give it a go. I just tried making it with a looted cargo pocket but it wouldn't take it. I'll post my results very soon.

EDIT: Okay, tailormade cargo packs are different than looted ones.

First on Bria... I think.. Droidsmith's Tool Set

Hey guys...just wanted to let you know that I'm a Master Tailor / Aspiring Droid Engineer, and I tried making myself a Droidsmith's Tool Set today usingour new repair kits. As you are no doubt aware, the schematic calls for a "Droid Repair Kit" which has been gone from the game for months. I tried it with a Droid Reconstruction Kit and a Droid Repair Kit - A. Neither one of them would fit into the Droidsmith's Tool Set schematic. I really wanted that experimentation/assembly bonus, too!

I've got two of the old repair tools in my house. And I thought they'd just be for posterity! One is for sale btw.
