Im not trying to tear your proposal limb from limb, im stateing my opposition to the current form, i see as it is it would generate as much harm as good.
If you believe the majority of the concept has merit then let's put the concept in front of the devs' and see what comes of it. It will be changed, it the nature of things. Let's not stagnate in hammering out a 100% agreeable idea to have nothing happen this would be destructive to us all. I do not agree 100% in the idea; however, as presented, it is a reasonable way of proceeding and maybe your ideas and others can find a suitable home. Let's get started and see what comes.
