DEs will sell dropids above lev 10, to combat oriented or entertainer, dabblers. who spend up to 49 points to get the DC branch of DE.
And a few to master artisans.
Or even higher droids to Artisans who get both master artisan, and DC4
And as allways lev 10 and under to anyone.
Just what levels these dabble ranges represent is yet to be determined. But sounds great to me.

I am distressed that here is such a great idea. And 'TH' or anyone else in a position to do anything with it may likely ever see it.
I have a feeling of futility posting here. Just as i do replying to the "ID #3" thread. He/they probly wont read this thead. And my little posts on ID3 are probly lost in the 50+ pages.
I dont know the vote on the 'Do we want combat droids ?' Issue. But mine is Yes. Mo Betta Combat Droids ! If the cost of powerfull combat droids is a seperate DH proffession. Then I would rather have that than not.
But it is not im balancing to give a "free" droid cert to DEs Who have no combat power from thier 107(?) skillpoints invested. It would similarly not be imbalancing to gived them to a say BE because they cant wield thier power any better than a master image designer. But BEs control more power to some extent with thier products. And DEs Are Droids ! (Droids-R-US)
But this allows a greater than CH skillpoint cost for master cert.
It is artisan freindly, to those who need more combat powere from thier skill investment (a/o more powerfull utility droid cert if they prefer)
And it provides a LIMITED sert to all AT A SKILLPOINT COST.
AND it does not require the coding of a new proffession.
What More Could Anyone Ask For ?
(besides a cute chick, or a million dollars, and stuff like that)

I agree Boeda, hopefully the devs will consider this the better alternative.
