Take a look at another SOE game called Everquest. Go check out everything SOE did there that they said was impossible to change or do. They did the EXACT same thing they are doing here, copmpletely ignoring what the players asked for UNTIL Dark Age of Camelot came out. Within six weeks of DAoC coming out they had made massive changes to the game that players had been asking for for three years. They are doing the same thing here, ignoring the players until they are in danger of losing a huge population chunk to another game.
