I don't suppose you could post what categories the Combat-Capable Droid Cluster uses for discerning quality, could you? (OQ, Conduct, etc). The screenshot of it cut off that part of the schematic info.
Oh, and the redundant power supply is perdy!

bah, didn't catch that, I'm done for tonight but I'll see about getting a screenshot tomorrow sometime
and no conspiracy theories on my thread please, lets keep this one on topic and civil...
The one problem with editing posts is I always seem to start the edit out the same as the original... don't like the sound of it.

Not knowing the full facts yet, but am I reading that to get to where we are now (approx CL10) has just got a lot more complicated (and therefore expensive to customers)
This is an improvement? Experimentation aside, is this the bottom line?
I just want to be told the truth.
That's what I am gathering.
I really want to see the results of an actual Probot so we can compare.
To be honest, I'd be very surprised if they weren't very close - why else would they have told us to stock up on Probot deeds before the patch? If the Devs had Drashk make a post like that, and then it leaves us with tons of sub-par droids, I'd actually be rather upset.
It would almost be worth it, though, if we got some signifigant change - but as you so simply put, it seems that we are in the same place we are before, it just got a lot more complicated to get there.

I think what it means is a Master should have no problem building a high (CL10) combat droid ...but a sub-master will not produce a identical product.
If this introduces more complexity to them, so be it. If Armor hasn't been touched (hopefully), we actually have a really nice product to sell since it can be repaired easily.

Audio, I think you misread Drashk. He said to stock up on Probot chassis, not deeds. The link to the post is here:

BUT can it hold 6 modules? I promise that if the R3 is better than a probot in combat, I will never never make one. I will just refuse. It is just wrong, Let the crafter crowd make them, they have no ethical values anyway..nor Morals come to think of it.

Hehe, nope, read it quite clearly
- in my other posts today I have specified both, but in this thread I guess I didn't. In any case, Drashk said :
"On a sidenote, I was informed that everyone might want to start stocking up on Probot Deeds and Chassis now, in preparations for Publish 7. The resource cost inadvertantly will have to go up, because of the way the slots are alloted and how the combat modules are made."
Actually, glad you mentioned it - this leads me to the assumption that possibly the chasis will now require combat modules as well - meaning the regular schematic for the deed won't change, maybe 4 go in the chasis and 2 go in the deed...
Oops, there I go speculating again ![]()

My worst fear has come true: R2-D2 with a CDEF duct taped to his dome.
Please revamp the graphics for us!
Please pleasepleaseplease please please?
I am so fed up at looking at a datapad full with identical cartridges and deeds that are named differently.
And it makes my head spin and eyes burn too...
As if it wasn't tough enough to see what's what before, here's a few more cartridges.
*pout*
Oh! Drifted from the topic didn't I? ... *smirk*
