Considering leaving
I still enjoy crafting droids for my clients and I'm not a combat type anyway (pre or post CU). With the GCW changes negatively affecting crafters and now the CU, I'm not sure how much longer the game will be fun for me. We'll have to see how everything shakes out after the CU hits.

I was wondering if you'd respond to this thread. That's now all three of the top three Droid Engineers on Infinity (based on droid quality on the global vendor search a few days ago) considering leaving.

If the CU delivers an experience that works OK for the combat toons, I'll probably keep them. But SOE's attitude to customer service is beginning to get me down, if non-coms remain screwed by the CU then that will probably be the last straw for me.

Still holding onto the hope/dream of controlling more than one droid at a time sometime in the near future.Alsohoping the CU doesn't prevent me from joining in with the rest of my more combat oriented Guild when they head off to complete missions.

Normally you'd hope that the devs would see the warning signs. But as it is even several hundred pages filled with dislike for the CURB in the testing forums and a poll where 90ish % (of 1000 players at the time I looked at it) of respondents said their last session on the test server wasnt enjoyable at all doesnt seem to be getting through to them....
Personally I hope their silence is due to amassive panic at SOE central about how they can turn this around and not simply the fact that they intend to push this through regardless so wont debate it with us
