-NO
- Should Droid Batteries remain (as they are now) and we get some new power source/method?
-Yes (thinking along the lines of a Advanced Droid Battery...more expensive, but lasts twice as long)
- Would it be better if we kept Droid Batteries in the game (as they are now) and used them as part of a droid decay-type system?
-Yes

Long answers
- Should Droid Batteries be removed from the game altogether (in lieu of some other power method)?
Absolutely Not !!! This is a source of income for Artisans of which I am one.
- Should Droid Batteries remain (as they are now) and we get some new power source/method?
Maybe. I would like to know what the new source is before jumping on this wagon.
- Would it be better if we kept Droid Batteries in the game (as they are now) and used them as part of a droid decay-type system?
Yes, But I would like to know how decay-type system is going to work.
Before we run and jump on these ideas withsimple anddefinitive yes or no's, it would be good to clarify the unknown variables. Havent we learned our lesson from previous issues (i.e. droid handler)? Without knowing what it is EXACTLY we are askingfor, we're in danger of being blamed again for another mis-communication, and recieving something entirely different than what we intended.

1.No
2.Yes
3.Yes (albeit no direction for droid decay, I liked the idea of lost vitality when uncharged)

No. (Luke powered up R2 with a battery in ROTJ)
- Should Droid Batteries remain (as they are now) and we get some new power source/method?
Yes. Power Droids.
- Would it be better if we kept Droid Batteries in the game (as they are now) and used them as part of a droid decay-type system?
Yes. (I don't know quite what this means...but I think we should keep droid batteries and have some sort of droid decay, so I agree to that extent).
