Thanks, and glad my site can be of use to fellow DE's.

Any other missing/incorrect information on my site that needs updating? I will collect what's been posted here and "upgrade" my info this week.

YodaMac,

My hats off to you.

Very impressive, and exactly the kind of thing I was looking for.

Already have a "linky" on my droid vendor for your site, as well as a copy/paste notepad for client e-mails

You sir, are a scholar and a gentleman.

TK!!!!

PLEASE make this a sticky, or at the very least add it to the stickys link lists. This site needs to be there!

(assuming it isn't already and I didn't just miss it)

As I mentioned in the post right above, I just used "fixed" prices for my droids. (keep it simple for the customer, keep it simple for me.) A fully loaded R3 costs the same, no matter what's in it. An Entertainer R3 is just as important to an entertainer, as a Harvest R3 is to a scout, etc...

Recently I started doing the same. It makes my job so much easier given that I have over 100 different layouts on my vendor at any given time.

Great site. Although, you might want to use a word other than "Base" for describing the non advanced models, perhaps Basic. Someone might think that on the combat droids you are saying that the base HAM and max HAM are the same. I don't know how likely it is though. I made that mistake although it could be because it's 4am. Anyway excellent site, I liked it alot!

You said earlier that you wanted to add an online order form? I would be happy to bash out an order form for you, but you would need to make sure your server/hosting company supports php. I can throw an html form together, which E-Mails every time someone "submits" an order. Let me know if you're intereseted.

BTW, GREAT site!!!!

Wonderful Website! is there a place on the site where you can print the information without the pictures? Just curious.

Sorry I haven't been keeping track of your comments lately... JtL beta and all. but here goes...

No, I don't have a page set up that is "printer friendly" for just the info. Again, this website was orignally started as a "catalog" for my customers, but then evolved into a more overall "info resource" for fellow DEs as well. I plan on trying to serve both needs as much as I can, but I think there are several posts already on these boards that are easy enough to print out. Thats what I did to get much of the info on my site.

Thanks for the "order form" offer. I have no idea what php is (not a programmer type) and Ibelieve Homestead Sitebuilder supports importing html, although I think there's a size limit and would have to check that. My real issue is not wanting to really take orders OUTSIDE the game environment. One - I'm just one guy and mostly do custom orders anyway (I'm not intocranking out cookie-cutter droids to bloat my vendors), and can't handle a big increase in orders (I stayplenty busy). Two - I would hate for fellow DE's to send their customers to my site, only to have them place an order with me instead (if on the same server). And Third - I just prefer to keep the business end of it in-game, through SWG emails and /tells.

But... what about some sort of "Build a droid" thingy that customers could go through and then print out (or copy and paste into a SWG email). That would be useful to some customers...and help standardize what my orders look like. Again, it's an html issue that I would have to figure out, as Homestead Sitebuilder doesn't offer a "form" like that to use. I've already emailed a suggestion to them, but I'm not expecting it anytime soon.

Anyways...I'm pretty much finishedupdating the sitewith all the new JtL info, but that's not published yet! So you'll have to wait, if you're not in Beta. It will be updated the day the game comes to stores.

And at the same time, I'm already designing the next version of the site to be released in the coming months. (version 3.0 ... in 3D!)

Speaking of which.... I'm in need of some 3D models that I can use (with credit of course). I need a BLL, LE and DZ-70 in 3ds file format... I've got all the rest done. Anyone? Anyone? ...

Thanks again, and see you all in Lightspeed!!!!!
