I allready have a link to your site up on the DEA site (added it when I first visited your site awhile ago), I'll make sure to leave a note there that it's been updated.

Yod,
Fantastic website, even better with what you've recently added.I have been a frequent stealth visitor in the past to it, and when I can't get someone to understand what I'm trying to tell them, I direct them to your website for more information. As the saying goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words", and inthis case that certainly holds true.
I have also had the honor to actually visit your showroom. Took a couple of my friends there already and they were blown away by the attention to detail and the care that you put into creating the perfect environment. I would recommend anyone who has a character on Radiant to visit his showroom in SYN CITY on Naboo. You will NOT be disappointed!
I can't take clients there, as I would most certainly lose them to your marketing prowess

Thanks again. I really appreciate your comments (coming from fellow DE's). I knew going into SWG that droids were what I wanted to do, and I've done nothing but work towards that since day one.
If it wasn't for all those months waiting for droids to become useful in the game, I probably wouldn't have learned to decorate so well in-game. (trying to see the bright side...heh) And that gave me plenty of time to work on my website as well.
I think it's pretty awesome that we've had two major publishes "themed" around droids, and even though there is so much more potential for droids, I'm enjoying where we are today. (with JTL on the near horizon!)
I've kept from putting my prices andorder "form"on the website for a couple of reasons: One, I hope that other DE's will find it a useful resource to educate their own customers; and Two, I now keep plenty busy in-game with orders that I can't even think about adding to that workload with outside emails. I'm still struggling with some way to add "online orders" to the site in the future, but even so, I hope you all feel free to send visitors there to read about and see what we all have to offer. I am thinking I would like to perhaps add a DE "yellow pages", listing otherDE's and their servers/locations for visitors to find a convenient one...
Anyways, thanks for checking my site for accuracy, etc. and I'll keep working to improve it as time permits. I am certainly expecting to be adding whole new sections to it once JTL goes live. Can't wait!

Maximum Detonation Rating:
+10 per module
+20 per module in MSEs
---
I don't think the MSE one is correct. It should be +10 per module +10 in MSEs. The bonus isn't applied per module but on top of the total module rating. Of course, this only applies to the advanced MSE with 2 modules as the regular can only hold 1.
The site looks great tho.

...sigh... ok I'm an idiot and was wrong. The bonus *is* applied per module not per droid. /bonk self. I wish I had the edit post option ><
I shouldn't be posting when I'm tired.

That's okay Grozeb, there are way too many confusing numbers to remember in droid crafting...heh.
And too many stacking options to explain to buyers.
I keep my prices simple by just having a FIXED price for a droid filled with modules. It's too confusing for my customers and too much brain damage for me to have to calculate a different price all the time depending on what types of modules somone wants. It's all factory crafted components anyways.
My prices are higher than some, but not as high as others I've read about, so I'm good with that. And I've only ever had complaints from new, poor characters just starting out who want the "best combat droid possible"...heh.
Save up for it.

Im trying to think of the best way to say this without coming off as a complete jerk, bare with me
Just some friendly neighborhood advice, Yod, but if ya wanted, you could add the price to the information of each droid chassis along with each module so customers can get a general idea of how much your droid is going to cost customized. I dont know if you add on any customization fees or what not, but its an idea. I dont know how many people use your site though.(Although like Micco said, I utilize the info listed there as well)
By the way, I saw a few guys in Theed the other day with Entertainer Droids in front of the starport, they told me they bought in bulk from you for an awesome price. Nice way to get business, have other people mention ya. I know thats worked for me

As I mentioned in the post right above, I just used "fixed" prices for my droids. (keep it simple for the customer, keep it simple for me.) A fully loaded R3 costs the same, no matter what's in it. An Entertainer R3 is just as important to an entertainer, as a Harvest R3 is to a scout, etc...
I haven't posted online prices in the past because: A) When modules were so buggy in the beginning, I didn't feel right charging full price for semi-working droids, and as those bugs got fixed, the prices moved up abit to reflect that, so they changed often... B) Before combat droids came out, my prices were below average so I could makesales regularly and keep myself in business... C)Once combat droids became popular, my prices went up to where they are now, but are still not the highest (or lowest) around... D)Not posting Yod Prices means fellow DE's can send customers to my site for information without fear of losing them to "better" prices...E) I didn't want to "lock" myself into prices until I had a better handle on how Post-Patch 8 prices were going to fluctuate.
Anyways, a bunch of reasons to say "I'd rather not post prices on-line....yet". And the final reason is, usually once I get a customer to bother emailing me for a price quote... I can almost alwaysreel em in for the sale.
That's my version of SWG fishing....heh.
One-on-one customer relations is what I've built Yod DROIDWORX on. I really don't enjoy stocking a vendor full of models that I think "everyone should have" and then waiting for it to empty and re-fill.... I like my customers. They like me.
It works.

Out-dam-standing!!
I have read a number of guides, etc. in this forum (all of which were good), but your pictures helped pull a lot of it together for me. Guess I still need a picture-book!
My congratulations and I will be sending people to your website to learn about their droids.
Thanks.
