Thread: survey droid picing?
They will never return a wp, nor should they in my opinion. With that there would be no need to have survey skills, and they'll never eliminate a player skill. Stats would be a big help though. These are meant to make it easier to look for rare resources or find out if something shifted. They do that well enough (although I still want stats).
That being said, I'm charging 500 per use on a crate of 12 use droids (so 30K per crate). I feel that is a reasonable price (I also believe overcharging is a bad thing - ever) and I can't even come close to keeping up with demand so far. Also all of my customers know how they work and what they return (assuming they ask, I get a chance to talk to them, or give them a copy of my Droids Rebuilt Guide).
I have these at 2k per use on Ahazi.
As we all know, though, server pricing can vary a lot. So, you'll want to try to catch up with a DENet admin or member or check other DE prices to see what the market is like.
What this one really comes down to is...
How much is someone's time "worth" in the game? That's the real issue to base the pricing on here.
