I think we've gotten a bit off topic 
Recently I've been getting emails asking me to replace surgical droids that were permakilled in faction PVP. I'm guessing the PVP'ers are targeting the non-combat droids out of spite since they know how much they cost to replace. Fortunately the news has gotten out about the Release command and I'm not getting as many emails now asking for replacements due to that.
The only "bad" customer email I've received so far was from someone I custom built a droid for. He refused to buy it because:
1) He couldn't see in the deed stats that it had the crafting station he asked for.
2) He said he wanted more HAM on it.
He then said he wanted me to make a new droid. I refused and left the previously-made one on my vendor.

I had a DE selling Advanced Probots with all the fixins for 3k at a bank I was camping in. I started to send all my 'I wanna buy a droid but don't know anything about droids' tells to that person and lettingeveryone know the prices this DE was selling at. Pretty soon other DEs were doing the same. I guess it got kinda hard to manage for this person, because all of a sudden that DE went LD and never saw him again. Im still selling just fine.
I can only imagine trying to craft 15 Adv Probot orders and answering all the questions of several different people at the same time, than only finding 45k in your pocket and a bunch of mad folks when you log back in the next day. "HEY..you were going to make me a probot for 3k..whats up!!!??"
